The Black Fist Organization has a track record of making important endorsement decisions that we feel will help the betterment of the black community as a whole.

Important Note: A "YES" vote on Issue 7 "Red Light Cameras" as it's termed, your "YES" vote means "NO"! No you do NOT want red light cameras taking pictures of your license plates and thereby ticketing your car automatically. What if you're not the one driving your car on a particular day? You will still be held accountable for that "alleged" violation. After receiving your (alleged) ticket violation in the mail, can you go into a court of law and truly fight faulty cameras that made a mistake, and be heard? -or- Will the powers that be tell you Mr. & Mrs. Cincinnati Negro, "To hell with that! Our cameras are infallible? And note, Cincinnati City Council has already "calculated" a budget earning of a $1,000,000 revenue from the use of these cameras. The Black Fist Organization do NOT believe this is the way to operate and conduct City business. And where do you think these "Red Light Cameras" will be placed first? You got it! In The Black Community! The Black Fist Organization says VOTE "YES" on Issue 7! Your yes means "NO"!

NO on Issue 8

Important Note: Issue 8 Proportional Representation or "P.R." as its commonly termed is a bad deal for Cincinnati's black community. PERIOD! Forget the deceptions, misinformation and flat-out hype behind this issue. Your "NO" vote is the truth! We don't need a self-serving grandstanding egomaniac like the president of the Cincinnati Branch of the NAACP to tell us what we already know. "P.R." is NOT the way to go. We've spoken to people on the streets who after it was explained gave this issue a big resounding HELL NO! And that's what's up with Issue 8. Vote NO on Issue 8 Proportional Representation! On this issue NO means "NO"! COUNT EVERY VOTE!!!

Final Note: The Black Fist Organization does NOT appreciate the vicious lies and attacks on our dear brother Freeman McNeal.

Bro. Freeman is a long time activist in the City of Cincinnati, and he is also the Co-Chair of the Cincinnati Democratic Party. Whatever disagreements one may have on an issue is one thing, in our opinion. But personal attacks, vicious lies, slander and bullshit trash talking is quite another story all together. Not everyone drinks the brainwashed kool-aid of the Cincinnati Branch of the NAACP. And newsflash for those in the back of the room -- Not everyone will bow down, knuckle-down and just fall in line to follow blindly the johnny-come-lately self-serving president of that organization.

Bro. Freeman McNeal, Activist & Co-Chair of the Cincinnati Democratic Party refuse to be mislead.

The Black Fist Organization and its Leadership refuse to be mislead.

The Black Community of Cincinnati refuse to be mislead.

Black People -- Do you want "strong black leadership" ? If the answer is yes. Then look in the mirror and be strong enough to lead yourself!!!

Black people -- We are a FREE thinking people. Let's NEVER forget to act like it then ACT accordingly!!!

VOTE EARLY AT THE HAMILTON COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS 824 BROADWAY STREET UNTIL MONDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2008.

VOTE AT YOUR DESIGNATED POLLING PLACE ON ELECTION DAY NOVEMBER 4, 2008. IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHERE YOUR POLLING PLACE IS CALL THE HAMILTON COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS AT 513.632.7000

Some of your facts are not right on Issue 7. Even if they were, red light cameras are just technology and we can always tweak the technology to address the issues people have.
issue 7 is not about implementing the cameras, Mayor Mallory has already vowed to veto that - it is about ever using the devices.
Issue 7 throws the baby out with the bathwater.
The Law and Public Safety Committee had a meeting in August where a lot of these issues were brought up.
You will never be "automatically" cited. A trained police officer (a human) will review all the recordings and issue citations based on the recorded evidence.
If someone else driving your car commits an infraction they can file an affidavit saying so.
Kinda my summary of the meeting here.

So many lies and half truths about issues 7 & 8 have been spread about by organizations like COAST, which is not even a Cincinnati, but a regional organization, it's hard to tell what the hell is going on with this crap.
