That's right brothers & sisters, our beautiful sister Ms. Candi Staton is our featured artist on today's Friday Flashback To The Past 22!

Sis. Candi Staton has been around a long time, and I mean a very long time. This sister started her career back in the mid-1950's and she continues today to be a powerhouse singer and a true soul survivor in every sense of the word.

Candi Staton was born Canzetta Maria Staton on March 13, 1940., in Hanceville, Alabama., and it's been full stream ahead every sense. Candi Staton is a woman who is truly "Unsung" if there ever were one. Candi Staton's very first hit on the FAME record label was back on September 25, 1968., and it was called, "I'd Rather Be A Old Man's Sweetheart Than Be A Young Man's Fool".

In my opinion, and in the opinion of many music critics Candi Staton should have been hailed right up there with the greatest female soul sister singers of her time like the so-called "Queen of Soul" Aretha Franklin. Ms. Franklin and Ms. Staton started their musical careers about the same time, yet as it turned out one sister was hailed as the so-called "greatest" and the other sister stayed "always just on the fringes".

Sometimes I wonder brothers and sisters, "Who is really calling the musical shots at these record companies & who in the devil decides who can get down big-time on the big stage of the music business, and who can not?"

Oh well. That's why all of you come here on Fridays to get what you won't get any where else!

Here is Candi Staton singing her biggest hit according to the Billboard Black Music Charts of 1976. "Young Hearts Run Free" topped the U.S. dance charts at #20 and #2 in England.

Sis. Candi's follow-up single "Victim" was said to be the "sequel" to "Young Hearts Run Free", and if you listen to the words you'll be able to hear it for yourself. "Victim" came out in 1978, and it topped the U.S. Billboard Black Music charts at #17 and topped the U.S. dance charts at #3! The next single behind "Victim" was a beautiful song called "Honest I Do Love You". Honest I Do Love You hit the R&B charts at #77, but fared much better on the dance charts.

MAN FACES CRIMINAL CHARGES, AFTER WOMAN DIES HAVING SEX WITH HIS DOG

Having met on a fetish website, a 43 year old woman was persuaded to have sex with a 57 year old man's dog a few hours later she died.

A woman who died after having sex with a dog three years ago, will make history after the man who owns the dog is to be prosecuted.

Sean McDonnell from Church Meadows, Raheem , Ireland has been charged under the offense of Buggery with an animal contrary to section 61 of The Offenses To A Person Act of 1861.

Three years ago, the man and an unnamed woman aged 43 engaged in the encounter, which involved his German Shepard dog. While the sexual encounter it seems concluded happily (if happy is the correct term) the alarm was raised the same day when the woman started to comment on a unwell feeling, things get increasingly worse and by the time the paramedics had taken her to the Mid Western County Hospital she was dead.

The autopsy showed that the woman had suffered an allergic reaction not dissimilar to that of the reaction of someone who has an allergy to peanuts.

The dog in question is fit and well, but is held in quarantine.
Mr. McDonnell was granted legal aid to fight the matter through the case, but was shown an extensive book of evidence, the prosecution has had three years to collect sufficient evidence to present a solid case.

While cases of animal related sex are common, ones in which there are victims are rare, and it is usual for someone to face charges.

A date for the court process to begin has yet to be made public.

Now, some of you may be asking yourselves, "why would General Nikki X post something like this?" And most of you who have read this blog for more than a minute KNOW why.

For years now there has been a debate going on at this website regarding a blog post I wrote years ago regarding the white Hollywood produced movie Brokeback Mountain. I made the point back then I believe it was 2005., (Type in the search bar on our homepage & See Blog titled: Sodom & Gomorrah Hits Hollywood With Brokeback Mountain: The Movie) that the white man is a deviant sick bloodthirsty murder-loving ungodly being that loves to have sex with animals and brutalize the black man, his black woman and black child.

This story comes straight out of the white man's news publication. It is not I who made it up or just wanna "be racial", as some of you scared-to-death knee-knocking buck dancing tired 'n' trembling house negro blacks and racist ignorant trailer park white folks would label me. As if I truly care anyway. For this is The Black Fist Blog, where the truth will be told and not sold and it may not always be good news but it's hood news! That's right brothers and sisters that is still what I say and still how I say it. Nothing has changed here at The Black Fist Blog, only the days and years on the calendar.

In any event, getting back to this gory ungodly sick perverted fuck pictured above, Sean McDonnell. What in the sam hill was on the mind of this Sean McDonnell that would make him so-called "persuade" this equally as ungodly sick perverted fuck and now dead-as-a-doorknob broad the so-called "unnamed 43 year old woman" to have sexual intercourse with his innocent household pet?

Yes, I said "innocent". Because that German Shepard was unable to stand up on his hind-back legs and look those two deviants in the eyes grow human vocal chords and say, "Hell naw I ain't fucking this white woman or no other woman! I'm a dog you two damn dummies and I ain't giving no dog dick to no humans! It's against the laws of nature, the laws of God who created me before he created humans, and guess what you stupid nasty idiots.... Uh... she just might DIE!"

I mean really folks! These is the same kind of questions I was asking back in the days when the so-called hit Hollywood movie Brokeback Mountain was being hailed as a "touching love story". And so what! That those precious little innocent sheep in the movie was suppose to be tended to by those two white men undercover homosexual cattle ranchers. Yet some of them (those precious sweet little sheep) met a bloody grisly fate all because those two white men decided to "tend to each other" sexually instead of the sheep.

Lord God, help of us black folks who have to co-exist down here with these devils and help everybody else who even has a little bit of basic common sense to see their ungodly wickedness.

I don't wanna get too far off track here only to bring it up because we here at The Black Fist Blog caught so much heat and wholly hell for even suggesting the white man loves lowdown homosexual deviant acts such as their ungodly "backdoor love" for each other. And the downright ungodly filth and degradation of what they call "animal love". What we decent humans (and the law calls) BESTIALITY!

Webster's Dictionary Defines BESTIALITY as: Sexual intercourse involving a human and a lower animal.

It is totally unnatural for men and women to have sex with animals. That's why that white woman is no longer on this Earth today due to her own nastiness and Buggery. Isn't that what the white man's law in Ireland called it, Buggery? And why did the white man have to even make a law like that in the first place? Yep you guessed it! To keep his fellow white brethren and fellow white female counterpart off the penises and out of the vaginas of defenseless lower creatures (animals). And for this law to have been created way back in 1861, I mean, my God white man!?! What's wrong wit'cha?!? Y'all been sexually deviant and perverted a helluva long time haven't'cha?
YES YOU HAVE!

The questions we have today on The Black Fist Blog are the same questions we asked years and years ago back in 2005 with no true answer(s) as of this date:

1. "Why can't the white man & his white woman find something else to do with his or her leisure time except sexually terrorize, brutalize, rape and force him and/or herself on these poor defenseless lower creatures (animals)?

2. What the hell is going on in AmeriKKKa and other countries abroad? (Yes, AmeriKKKa has a few Bestiality laws of its own on the books. And I know you can't be surprised to find that out)

3. Where the hell is the famous well-renowned world animal rights group PETA (People For The Ethical Treatment of Animals) to stand up, speak out, defend and protect these poor lower creatures (animals) such as the German Shepard in this story from sexual brutalization, rape, and abuse from the ill-moral white man and equally ill-moral white woman?

We here at The Black Fist Blog wanna know the answer to those questions ASAP!!!

-- We hope Sean McDonnell age 57, gets the proverbial judicial book thrown at his nasty filthy ass for the crime of Buggery and is subsequently incarcerated for a very very very long extended period of time .
-- The white woman in question aged 43, who had sex with McDonnell's German Shepard and died as a result, has already paid the ultimate price for her lowdown degradation and is probably somewhere in hell by now tryna explain away her life of animal abuse, debauchery, unnatural horniness, and filth.....

-- And as for the poor sexually victimized German Shepard, he is reportedly doing well.

And we here at The Black Fist Blog hope this German Shepard is not too traumatized by the experience of being raped and is able to go on with his dog life. Perhaps finding a new God-fearing master and live out his life for many many years to come.
We will pray and continue to pray for this poor and degraded (by no fault of his own) German Shepard dog.

So what now folks? Well, we will just have to follow this case and keep you, our faithful readers informed of the outcome.

R.I.P Etta James January 25, 1938 - January 20, 2012

Greetings, Peace & Blessings,

Sadly... Today's Friday Flashback To The Past 21 is a somber one.
Our dear beloved Blues Legend and Sister Elder Etta James has made her transition to be with the ancestors at age 73. Just 5 days shy of her 74th Earthday.

Dear Etta James had been deathly ill for quite some time, and this morning she succumbed to complications due to leukemia. Sis. Etta had been suffering quite a few medical problems in the last couple of years, however it was her bout with terminal leukemia along with dementia that found her having to be placed in a nursing home for a few years.

Later as her illnesses progressed, she was taken back home by family to receive hospice care. Ms. Etta remained at home surrounded by immediate family until she developed breathing problems and was taken to Riverside Community Hospital in California. That is where she remained until she passed away this morning.

Today brothers & sisters I wanted to present an Etta James track that maybe a lot of you may not be hip too.

I know that everyone is talking about Etta James' most famous song "At Last", and that's all good. However, Etta James had been singing for over 50 years and she had a lot of hits and lesser known hits that should have gotten more recognition that they did.

One of her songs called "In The Basement". Perhaps you may have heard this song being played in the the movie "Hurricane", Starring Denzel Washington. It is the true life story of the ungodly and unlawful imprisonment of boxing legend and humanitarian activist Rubin "Hurricane" Carter.

Well here brothers & sisters, of course, your good sister Nikki X stumbled upon a remixed version of "In The Basement" in my basement (courtesy of General Brandon X my right-hand music man & Black Fist member) and thought maybe you would enjoy it as much as we do.

In remembrance of a Legend and Pioneer in the world of Blues, R & B and Rock.

The man did more dream.

He stood up.
He fought for true civil rights for all.
Humanity.
Dignity.
Equality.
Fairness.
Justice.

Had not the enemy's bullet struck.... Bro. Dr. King could have possibly been here with us today. But NO! Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. has been taken from us forever.

Dr. King was a man who preached, taught, and demonstrated NON-VIOLENCE!

Today is a good day for myself, and hopefully for all of you who over the years have asked me, "When Are you gonna bring back your Friday Flashback To The Past Series?"

Well, wait now longer beautiful brothers and sisters! Here it is! It's Back!

I believe we left off in our weekly series at Friday Flashback To The Past, number 19. Yes, 19! Can you believe it? I can't. We have done 19 Flashbacks in our series, why did we ever stop? Who knows. Only know that we are finally back and we are starting with (what some of you would think of as an) unlikely choice.

The artist we are restarting our series with this week is called Rare Earth.

Rare Earth is a Caucasian group that started in the late 1960's.
A little know Black History Fact is Rare Earth was the first white group ever signed to Berry Gordy's Motown label.

Depending on your choice of musical taste and style, these white boys are bad!
Another little known history fact: Music is the only thing General Nikki X does not put color on.

So there it is and here they are... Rare Earth Live in Concert From 1971 doing a remake of fellow Motown label artist The Temptations, "Get Ready". We hope that you have some time to spare brothers and sisters because their live rendition of this song is 25 minutes long. Yep, you heard me 25 minutes long and every minute is definitely worth the listen. I could have given y'all the little radio-edit back in tha day 45 record version, but hey! Y'all know me! The General is about no half stepping!

Earlier today General Nikki X on behalf of The Black Fist decided to do what is the only right thing to do and that's pay homage to one of the greatest black revolutionary "Generals" to ever walk the face of this earth, The late great Bro. Minister Dr. Khallid Abdul Muhammad. As you may have read in my earlier entry from today entitled: "Khallid Abdul Muhammad: A Salute To A General," I decided to start paying tribute to Dr. Khallid from the time of his death and speak upon his funeral. But how can one pay their proper respects to a man without delving into the mans' life? So that's what I'm going to do right now.
Join me as we take a walk down the very complex but fearless life of a Strong Beautiful Black Warrior King as he journeys his way from a regular everyday black man named Harold to an evolved serious-minded, bold, revolutionary brother, a General named Khallid.
Today is the day of our dear brother's birth, January 12, 1948. Happy Earthday General!!! The 12th anniversary of our beloved brother's untimely murder is February 17, 2001. Goodbye General...
And speaking of our brother's untimely death... Yes we, in The Black Fist believe something other than an "aneurysm" took our beloved from us. The truth will eventually come to the light....it always does. And it will in this case as well, One day.....
But until then get ready to sit back and read about the life & times of General Dr. Khallid Abdul Muhammad.....

THE EARLY YEARS

Minister Khallid Abdul Muhammad, born Harold Moore, Jr. by his parents, blessed this earth on January 12th, 1948 in Houston, Texas. He was the 2nd? of 6 children to the late Harold Moore, Sr. and Lottie B. Moore. His aunt Momma Carrie Moore Vann in Houston, Texas reared him. Minister Khallid Muhammad, affectionately known as "butch" by the family attended Bruce Elementary School, E.O. Smith Junior High School and all Black Phyllis Wheately High School in Texas. At Phyllis Wheately, Brother Khallid was an esteemed member of Stagecrafters, a group of exceptional students where he developed debate and drama skills under the direction of Ms. Vernell Lillie. Minister Khallid as a young man would preach to cars from his porch as they passed by on the highway and was president of Houston Methodist Fellowship. Khallid was a star quarterback, team captain of his high school football team, an eagle scout, a class officer and star debater.

THE CONVERSION

Upon graduating high school, our bold and shining black prince won a scholarship to Dillard University in Louisiana to pursue his degree in theological studies. At this time he ministered at Sloan Memorial Methodist Church. While at Dillard University young Khallid first heard Minister Louis Farrakhan, the National Representative of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. He had a big afro and a huge medallion of Malcolm X around his neck. After hearing Minister Louis Farrakhan speak Khallid Abdul Muhammad joined the Nation of Islam under the leadership of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. Immediately Brother Harold X, as he was known at that time became renown as a top recruiter in the south for the Black Muslims. Dr. Khallid continued his studies and graduated from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles, California. He then was the recipient of an academic fellowship, and matriculated to do "Intensive Studies" at Harvard, Yale, and Columbia Universities. The skills of higher education as well as his fighting spirit made Minister Khallid a valuable weapon to the Nation of Islam in general.

THE EVOLUTION

When the messenger of Allah, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad departed from amongst us in 1975, Minister Khallid Abdul Muhammad kept on fighting. At this time he was known as Dr. Malik Rushaddin. He traveled throughout Africa and trained in revolutionary movements with a focus on freeing apartheid ridden South Africa (Azania) from white oppression. When Minister Farrakhan decided to rebuild the Nation of Islam in 1978. Minister Khallid was right there with him when there was just a few. Minister Khallid Muhammad served as western regional minister of the Nation of Islam and leader of Mosque #27, which made lightening progress under his leadership. In 1983 Minister Louis Farrakhan named him Khallid, which has the historical interpretation of "great warrior" after the great follower of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) Khallid ibn Walid. Like this great Islamic general Khallid Muhammad was called the "sword of Allah"..

Minister Khallid Abdul Muhammad was soon appointed as Supreme Captain over the military in the Nation of Islam. In 1985 Minister Khallid Abdul Muhammad was appointed National Spokesman and Representative of Minister Louis Farrakhan, following in the footsteps of Minister Louis Farrakhan and Malcolm X. At other points he also served the posts of Southern Regional Minister, Minister of Mosque #7 in Harlem, New York City, and National Assistant.

A true Pan Afrikanist, Minister Khallid Muhammad has traveled on research and fact-finding missions to Kemet (Egypt) Jerusalem, South Afrika and throughout the African sub continent. He made his sacred pilgrimage to the Holy City, Mecca, numerous times. He has earned the title El Hajj Khallid Abdul Muhammad. Minister Khallid Abdul Muhammad was the creator and founder of The New African Cultural Holiday alternative to Thanksgiving called "GYE NYAME" (G-NY-MAY). Black youth and "gang" members loved Dr. Khallid. You have heard this dynamic soldier on rap albums from Tupac Shakur, Ice Cube, Sista Soulja, X-Clan, Public Enemy, Scarface, Shaquille O'Neal, Erica Badu, Lauren Hill, Dead Prez, Capone N' Noriega and the Black Lyrical Terrorist. Dynamic fiery, explosive, electrifying, spellbinding! He has fired up and inspired audiences at over 100 universities in the United States, Africa, Europe and the world. He spoke at many churches and served as a minister at the 1st Afrocentric Temple in Atlanta, Georgia before his transition to the ancestors.

THE CONTROVERSY

After his historic lecture on November 29, 1993 at Kean College in Union, New Jersey which shook the racist, Zionist, imperialist, white supremacist foundation of the world, the President of the United States and Vice President Gore condemned Dr. Khallid Muhammad. The United States Senate voted 97-0 to censure him. Minister Khallid and Minister Louis Farrakhan are the only two in history to be censured by the U.S. Senate. And for the first time in history, The United States House of Representatives (The Full Congress) in a special session, passed House Resolution 343 condemning a so called private citizen. At historic Howard University in 1994 Khallid Muhammad keynoted the world wide-watched Black Holocaust conference with Dr. Leonard Jefferies, Dr. Tony Martin and then converted student organizer Malik Zulu Shabazz.

These events shook the world but Khallid Muhammad did not break under the pressure. In May, 1994 an assassination attempt was made on his life. Khallid Muhammad was blessed to recover and fight with even more vigor and intensity. He spoke at many churches and served as a minister at the 1st Afrocentric Temple in Atlanta, Georgia before his transition to the ancestors.

THE FINAL VICTORIES

In 1998, Minister Khallid Abdul Muhammad led an armed militant group of Black Panther members into Jasper, Texas to chase out the Klu Klux Klan who were making mockery of the beheading and dragging death of James Byrd. On Sept. 5th, 1998, He was the convener of the Million Youth March Black Power Rally, held on Malcolm X BLVD in New York. With the help of the December 12th Movement, the Million Youth March won historic legal battles against the racist Guiliani administration over free speech "constitutional rights". The Million Youth March went forward and the streets of Harlem were flooded with throngs of Black youth and people who supported this massive Black Power revival.

In 1998 Dr. Khallid Muhammad was chosen to serve as The National Chairman of The New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense, chapters have sprouted nationwide. He leaves intact his National Spokesperson- Attorney Malik Zulu Shabazz; National Assistant- Hashim Nzinga; National Chief of Staff- Malikah Muhammad; National Minister of Defense- Brother David Foreman; National Minister of Information- Minister Quannell X; National Southern Regional Representative- Sister Zoirada Higgenbothom; National Field Marshall- Minister Malik Shabazz. The New Black Panther Party is alive and well with chapters thriving throughout the country. Dr. Khallid's vision of a Black Power Movement shall live on!!!

THE TRANSITION AND LEGACY

Minister Khallid Abdul Muhammad leaves to cherish his memories; his wife Queen Nefertari Muhammad, 3 sisters; Gloria Glenn from Los Angeles, Cynthia Moore Kelly from Los Angeles, KaSheila Moore Jackson from Houston, Texas; 2 brothers, Frank Moore Clayborne from Los Angeles, Darington Moore Smith from Los Angeles; Father-in-law, Mr. Thomas Ambush of Cedric Maryland; his children David and his mother Mattie Morris Van, Khalfani and his mother Mahasin Rushiddin, and Farrakhan Khallid, Malik, Kiki, Amir, Ali and mother Khallidah Muhammad; 4 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and comrades.

THE BLACK POWER OBITUARY

Today we gather to celebrate the courageous life, and fighting spirit of a true soldier and warrior. Minister Khallid Abdul Muhammad was a great general, a mentor, a teacher, and a strong Black man who epitomized the tenacity of our liberation struggle. Minister Khallid Abdul Muhammad represented to many of us as a father, brother, comrade, trainer and uncompromising leader who lived and gave his life for the liberation of African people all over the world. He stands in the great revolutionary line of divine with courageous African Ancestors like Nat Turner, Sojourner Truth, Denmark Vessey, Kwame Nkrumah, Queen Nzingha. Marcus Garvey, Elijah Muhammad, Malcolm X, Huey P. Newton, Kwame Toure`, Louis Farrakhan and many others who organized to free our people from a wicked and cruel enemy. He will be remembered as fought day and night to move us closer to victory over our enemies. He will be remembered as a great field marshall, captain, trainer of men, and one who would not turn his heels and run from our enemy- even when under fire.

General Brandon X joined "The Black Fist" in the year 2000 at the age of 14, and every since then he's been standing up for the youth and educating them on "Stopping the Violence against one another", "Not using Drugs", "How to respect & protect your Elders" and "Never giving up on your goals" and "Telling young Black youth to STAY in school, Graduate then Seek higher education". Along with protesting AGAINST police brutality and attending Cincinnati City Council & Hamilton County Commissioner meetings, listening and learning so he'd be educated enough to take what he learned there and bring it back to the streets & the youth in his community, General Brandon X has registered 27 young people to vote and all 27 of those youth voted for the first time in the 2005 elections. GENERAL BRANDON X voted for the first time in those 2005 past election, as well. Leading by Example!

GENERAL BRANDON X has lead by example. In May 2005, Our Man, General Brandon X graduated high school with honors. And is now in his own pursuit of "higher education"! In this sixth installment of "The Black Fist: Best & Brightest Everyday Black History Series." We will be visiting a remarkable revolutionary brother who was way ahead of his time, The Most Honorable Marcus Mosiah Garvey. This Black man was indeed an enterprising black entrepreneur and a 100% black nationalist in every sense of the word. Marcus Garvey suffered through racial indignities and he also had to deal with snitches, traitors and Governmental agents.
Sounds alot like today, huh?

Sit back and educate -or- re-educate yourselves on the lifeworks of this extraordinary black militant soldier. General Nikki X likes to call this one....."One God, One Aim, One Destiny!"

MARCUS GARVEY (1887-1940)

Marcus Mosiah Garvey was born August 17, 1887. He was a publisher, journalist, entrepreneur, crusader for black nationalism, and founder of the UNIA-ACL. He was born in Jamaica. Garvey is best remembered as a champion of the "Back-To-Africa" movement, which was interpreted as encouraging people of African ancestry to return to their ancestral homeland. He is also recognized as the most important prophet of the "Back-to-Africa" Rastafarian movement. Garvey said he wanted those of African ancestry to "redeem" Africa, and for the European colonial powers to leave it. Although Garvey was raised Methodist, he became a Roman Catholic.

PUBLISHING ACTIVITIES

Garvey's journalist experience begun with a newspaper called The Watchman which he started in 1910. This newspaper was short-lived and was succeeded by others, also short-lived, which Garvey published during his early Central American travels. They were: POOP, Costa Rica; La Prensa, Colon, Panama; and The Bluefields Messender, Costa Rica.
Garvey was also associated with other publications The African Times and Orient Review, The Daily Negro Times, Harlem, 1922-1924; The Blackman, Kingston, Jamaica, 1929-1931; The Black Man Magazine, which started in Kingston in 1933 and continued in England until 1939.

FOUNDING OF THE UNIA-ACL

Garvey returned to Jamaica in 1914. Convinced that uniting blacks was the only way to improve their condition, Garvey launched the Universal Negro Improvement Association and African Communities League (UNIA), becoming president. The association sought to unite "all the people of African ancestry of the world into one great body to establish a country and Government absolutely their own." A weekly newspaper, the Negro World, was produced by Garvey to discuss issues related to the UNIA.

After corresponding with Booker T. Washington, Garvey went to the United States of America in 1916 to give a lecture tour. By 1920 the association had over 1,100 branches in more than 40 countries.

Garvey advanced several ideas designed to promote social, political and economic freedom for blacks, including launching the Black Star Line Steamship Corporation and its successor company the Black Cross Navigation and Trading Company. However, the line failed owing to mismanagement and fraud. Another venture was the Negro Factories Corporation, which sought to, "build and operate factories in the big industrial centres of the United States, Central America, the West Indies and Africa to manufacture every marketable commodity." A chain of grocery stores, a restaurant, a steam laundry, a tailor and dressmaking shop, a millinery store and a publishing house, were also started.

Convinced that blacks should have a permanent homeland in Africa, Garvey's movement sought to develop Liberia. In response to suggestions he wanted to take all Americans of African ancestry back to Africa he said, "I have no desire to take all black people back to Africa, there are blacks who are no good here and will likewise be no good there." He further reasoned, "our success educationally, industrially and politically is based upon the protection of a nation founded by ourselves. And the nation can be nowhere else but Africa." The Liberia program, launched in 1920, was intended to build colleges, universities, industrial plants and railroads as part of an industrial base from which to operate, but abandoned in the mid 1920s after much opposition from European powers with interest in Liberia.

Garvey was not a believer in black supremacy, deriving much of his program from Progressive Era notions of "race improvement" and expressing his admiration for the accomplishments and heroes of western civilization. He also held largely left-wing political views in these years, expressing considerable enthusiasm for Russian Revolution.

CHARGED WITH MAIL FRAUD

After the FBI investigation, a charge of mail fraud was brought against Garvey for selling stock in the Black Star Line enterprise, when it was revealed that, contrary to representations, the corporation did not possess the ship in the company's stock brochure (or indeed, any other ship). The promoters of the enterprise were found guilty of using the mail service to sell stock in an undercapitlized corporation by means of misrepresentation of its existing assets. Garvey supporters called the trial fraudulent. Garvey was convicted and sentenced to a 5 year term, and imprisoned in the Atlanta Federal Prison in 1925. To this day, efforts on the part of his supporters to exonerate him from the charges continue. His sentence was eventually commuted by President Calvin Coolidge, and on his release in November 1927 Garvey was deported from New Orleans to Jamaica, where a large crowd met him at Orrett's wharf in Kingston. A huge procession and band marched to the UNIA headquarters.

OTHER CONTROVERSIES

Around 1921 Marcus Garvey's nationalism and life history led him to proclaim a belief in "racial purity." He admired the efforts toward independence of whites in Ireland, so it was not a racist idea in the traditional sense. Instead he feared encouragement of miscegenation would disadvantage those who did not or were not mixed. Still this lead to a controversial praise of Warren G. Harding's speech against miscegenation and discussion that races might be better off separate with largely separate destinies. For not entirely unrelated reasons he had an antagonism toward W.E.B. Du Bois. Previously Du Bois had expressed hostility to the Black Star Line idea and other ideas. Hence Garvey began to suspect DuBois was prejudiced towards him a Caribean of darker skin tone. By the late 1920s this antagonism turned to antipathy. Du Bois called Garvey "a lunatic or a traitor." Garvey shot back saying Du Bois was "a little Dutch, a little French, a little Negro...a mulatto...a monstrosity." This led Garvey to an acrimonious relationship with the NAACP. Somewhat ironically Du Bois would nevertheless be a strong supporter of Pan-Africanism.

LATER YEARS

He travelled to Geneva in 1928 where he presented the "Petition of the Negro Race" to the League of Nations. The petition outlined the abuse of Africans arould the world.

In September 1929, Garvey founded the People's Political Party (PPP), Jamaica's first modern political party, mostly centered around worker's rights, education and aid to the poor.

Garvey was elected Councillor for the Allman Town division of the Kingston and St. Andrew Corporation (KSAC) in 1929. He lost his seat, however, because of his absence from council meetings while serving a prison sentence for contempt of court. In 1930 he was re-elected, unopposed, along with 2 other PPP candidates; he agitated for the adoption of some of the points in the PPP's manifesto.

In April 1931, Garvey launched the Edelweiss Amusement Company, which Garvey used to help artist make a living from their work, including putting on plays. Several Jamaican entertainers who went on to become popular locally, received their exposure there. These included Kidd Harold, Ernest Cupidon, Bim & Bam and Ranny Williams.

Garvey left Jamiaca for London in 1935. He lived and worked there until his death in 1940. During these last 5 years in London, he remained active, keeping in touch with events in Ethiopia (then Abyssinia) where war was being waged, and also with events in the West Indies. In 1938, he gave eveidence before the West Indian Royal Commission on conditions in the West Indies. In that year also, he set up a School of African Philosophy to train the leadership of the UNIA. He continued to work on the magazine The Black Man.

Garvey's political views in his later years were increasingly right-wing. In 1937, a group of his American supporters who called themselves the Peace Movement of Ethiopia openly collaborated with Mississippi Senator Theodore Bilbo in the promotion of a repatriation scheme introduced in the U.S. Congress under the name "Greater Liberia Act." Garvey also expressed considerable sympathy for facism and spectulated about its positive application in Africa. However, shortly before his death Garvey expressed his solidarity with Britain during The Blitz.

Due to difficulties in travel resulting from World War II, after his death on June 10, 1940, he was interred in the Kensal Green Cemetery, London. In November 1964, the Government of Jamaica had his remains brought to Jamaica and ceremoniously reinterred at shine dedicated to him in National Heroes Park (Garvey having been proclaimed Jamaica's first National Hero).

INFLUENCE

Worldwide, Garvey's memory has been kept alive in many ways, including: schools, colleges, highways and buildings in Africa, Europe, the Caribean and the USA have been named after him: the UNIA's red, black and green flag has been adopted as the Black Liberation Flag; and, a bust of Garvey was unveiled at the organization of American States' Hall of Heroes, in Washington, DC in 1980.

Ralph Ellison used Garvey as the basis for Ras the Exhorter, the West Indian black nationalist demagogue in his Invisible Man.

GARVEY AND RASTAFARI

Rastafari consider Garvey to be a religious prophet and more specifically the reincarnation of John the Baptist. This was partly because Garvey said in the 1920s, "Look to Africa, for there will be a king crowned" which they then took as prophecy about the crowning of Haile Selassie. The rasta founders were a part of Garvey's Back-To-Afica movement in Jamaica, and in its doctrines the Rastafarian movement shaped Rastafarianism; therefore, he is a popular theme in much reggae music, especially that of Burning Spear.

Marcus Garvey married Amy Jacque-Garvey, and she carried on his legacy until her death in the early 1970s.

Well there you have it once again folks! Another extraordinary black man doing what only the black man can do by nature, and that's build, create, revolutionize and lead. The Honorable Marcus Mosiah Garvey will always be remembered and honored by The Black Fist Organization for his contribution to black humanity and for giving us the Red, Black and Green flag along with his legendary document entitled: One God, One Aim, One Destiny.

I taught my son that particular poem at the age of 4. And today at age 19, he can recite it word for word with pride and his head held high! I also have a picture of him holding the Red, Black and Green flag at the age of 4. What pride it is to know you are raising a son in the footsteps of one of the greatest black men the black race as a whole could've ever been graced with.

Did you know that Marcus Garvey was also a songwriter and composer? When he was imprisoned on that phony mail fraud charge, he wrote a song called: "Keep Cool". An ex-general in The Black Fist and I used to laugh and trip out because of the chorus of the song, it was funny but oh so real. I wonder if he sang that song during his recent incareration...? It went a little something like this: When they throw you in the flame and you know you're not to blame...Keep Cool!

I wonder if the ex-general remembers how we read The Philosophies & Opinions of Marcus Garvey together with a mission to instill those fundamental principles into the everyday interworkings of The Black Fist, as a whole? I am currently in the process of reading (for the 3rd time) The Life and Times of Amy Jacque-Garvey.

Because it is true behind every strong man there is a strong woman. And so very true in Sister Amy's case, She was Marcus Garvey's second wife, and they say the second times the charm. That sister was strong, fierce, independant and bold in her own right. And she is to always be remembered right alongside....The Honorable Marcus Mosiah Garvey.

And in conclusion of this sixth installment, I'd like to remind you the reader of what I stated in the third or fourth installment.....It seems like some of our most heaviest, strongest, boldest, hard-hitting and revolutionary Black brothers and Black sister were born in or set it off (Nat Turner) in the month of August. Marcus Garvey was born in August...and so was I!

With all the murder, mayhem, black-on-black brutality, and flat-out chaos & disorder in the black community. Our question today is when will the local branch of the so-called National Association for the Advancement of Colored People get their collective noses out of the political clouds of 801 Plum Street., and start addressing the problems, concerns, needs and cries of the black community?!?!? Our black community is in a state of Armageddon the equivalent of the current killing fields in Iraq, and it is ignored by an historic organization -hijacked by an egomaniac- who has turned it into his personal arm of a political action outfit!

When a black man can walk into his Price Hill home and shoot his pregnant black woman in the head killing her while their 7 children sat and watched. Then turn the gun on himself in an apparent murder-suicide, I mean what the hell is going on?!?

All the while, the only thing the PRESIDENT of the local branch of the NAACP can find to talk about on his 90 minute per week radio show is Council members Jeff Berding, Chris Bortz, a streetcar he calls a "choo-choo train" (how juvenile is that?). This man has and is personally attacking tearing down and trashing any and every black person in any political position in this town he feels he should be in.

His over sized ego will not allow for him to accept the fact he is a political failure in every sense of the word. A one-term Cincinnati City council member. This is the reason he has no time to deal with the advancement of colored people, although he is the current PRESIDENT of the local branch of the advancement of colored people. Naw! This snake is too busy trying to advance himself and his own agenda. Something is so fucked up with that picture it must be addressed.

Lucy May, Senior Staff Reporter for the Business Courier of Cincinnati has written an article a very enlightening article about a group of Cincinnati citizens who have started a group for the sole purpose of stopping the current influx of petitions by local group(s) that are attempting to stop what they call "the city becoming economically competitive" and "derail the city's ability to move forward".

The story reads as follows:

As far as Rob Richardson, Bobby Maly and Joe Spengard are concerned, the streetcar ballot initiative isn't about the city's$200 million streetcar proposal, not at all.

The ballot language would require a majority of the people before Cincinnati city government could proceed with any kind of passenger rail service or planning throughout the city. And that, they argue, could stop economic progress dead in its tracks.

"We can't limit the ability of the city to even entertain different forms of transportation," said Richardson, a lawyer who worked locally on Barack Obama's presidential campaign. "This is really about being a city that's economically competitive."

Meet Cincinnatians for Progress, a new organization with broad support from the city's political establishment.

Now, what do you think of that folks? A group of citizens exercising their constitutional right to assemble and express their thoughts and opinions whether others agree with them or not. Now I know you will hear all kinds of stuff on local so-called black talk radio and a lot of rhetoric from a local organization's PRESIDENT who, of course will express (very loudly I might add) his PRESIDENTIAL thoughts regarding this new group and its "true intentions". This so-called PRESIDENT will attempt to brainwash you into his way of thinking. In this week's edition of The Cincinnati Herald, there is a short yet we believe very important announcement regarding a chance for the general public to debate the City of Cincinnati's proposed streetcar initiative.

It reads as follows:

The Pros and Cons of the proposed Streetcar

Should the City of Cincinnati build a new proposal for a streetcar line? Since the initial airing of the proposal for a streetcar, local citizens and groups have lined up for and against the initiative. In fact, signatures are currently being collected for a ballot initiative that would prevent the city from going forward with this project.

At the next Community Issues Forum, at noon, May 28, at Christ Church Cathedral, The Undercroft, 318 East Fourth St., Michael Moore, director of the City's Department of Transportation and Engineering, will speak in favor of the streetcar proposal, and a representative of the coalition against the streetcar will speak against against it. Lunch can be purchased for $5.00, or you can bring a brown bag.

Everyone except maybe SillySnake's johnny-come-lately SMLP's (Smart-Mouth Little Punks) knows State Senator Mark L. Mallory personally accepted The Black Fist Endorsement for The Mayor of Cincinnati from General Nikki X -NOT- General Kabaka Oba. At the time of the endorsement, Kabaka couldn't even speak up for himself let alone give an endorsement. At the time of The Black Fist Mayoral Endorsement, Oba was jailed in the Hamilton County Justice Center for threatening another black man in the community, given a $250,000 bond & upon release placed under a strict gag order by Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge Norbert Nadel as part of his stern order/ruling.

SillySnake knows ALL this.

It appears that our resident Snake in a Suit and leader of all black people, Cincinnati NAACP President Christopher Smitherman has been suspended from the radio airwaves of WDBZ 1230am "The Buzz of Cincinnati".

Sillysnake, as he is fondly known on this site & others was to make his weekly guest starring appearance "on the mic" at 5 pm today, yet instead it has been reported that the ONLY thang heard at that time was the classic gospel hymn "His Eye is On The Sparrow"....

WDBZ Operations Manager and Radio Talk Show host Lincoln Ware will most likely come on the radio airwaves Monday at 10 am and proclaim there was some other reason for the Snake in a Suit not being present and accounted for in his weekly time slot. However our sources DEEP within the walls of WDBZ 1230 am have reported the silly klown as being suspended!

Could SillySnake's suspension "until further notice" have anything to do with his so-called calling for "an investigation" of black folks based on his own silly fantasies and ultimate cowardice? -OR- Could SillySnake being kicked off the airwaves have anything to do with the klown sending black folks to act a fool over at the Democratic Party's Candidate Endorsement Meeting this past Thursday night?

Whatever the reason it shall be very interesting to hear "The Lincoln Ware Show" on Monday morning.

The Black Fist Blog (TBFB) has received many reports over the last several days that Christopher Smitherman (As of today known on this blog with the expressed combined permission from the administrators of the Cincinnati Black Blog and The Black Fist Blog to be renamed "SillySnake" . A combination of "Sillyman" and "The Snake in a Suit") has been slithering around area Senior Citizen Centers/Facilities scaring the living daylights out of our precious senior citizens regarding Cincinnati City Councils proposed building of a Streetcar in downtown Cincinnati. A Streetcar the NAACP likes to cleverly call (yawn...) the "Choo-Choo Train".

TBFB has also learned that the language used by SillySnake in his rhetorical aim at our senior citizen in an attempt to get them to sign the NAACP Streetcar Petition is downright out-of-control, if not (as has been reported) flat-out frightening!!!

To think that SillySnake is slithering in and out of area Senior Citizen Facilities/Centers and comparing the building of a proposed Streetcar to "The Great Depression", and to (as has been reported) outright tell to our precious senior citizens that to NOT sign the NAACP Streetcar Petition would be something close to signing on to one of the "Greatest Economic Tragedies" since "The Great Depression" is at the least irresponsible, and at the most could be classified as (mental) elder abuse.

Some of these fragile senior citizens that Sillysnake is lecturing to were grown men and women during the ACTUAL great depression. They lived through some of the worse economic times that only you & I can imagine. And for Sillysnake to compare his vindictive personal agenda against The Democratic Party, Mayor Mark Mallory and Cincinnati City Council, i.e. the proposed building of the Streetcar shows just how low this klown has sunk.

The lowdown antics, rhetoric and personal vindictiveness of The Sillysnake is playing itself out before the eyes of Cincinnati, Hamilton County, The State of Ohio and The National NAACP.

CBB Could Call For Federal Investigation Into Smitherman's Role in Death Of Kabaka Oba

In his latest press release, Cincinnati NAACP PRESIDENT Christopher Smitherman threatens to call for a federal investigation into the death of Kabaka Oba. Since no one else seems to willing to deal with this Smart-Mouthed Little Punk, I will.

The Cincinnati Black Blog believes the people of Cincinnati deserve to know the role Sillyman played in Oba's death. To that end, the Cinicnnati Black Blog will convene a special emergency meeting of our editorial board and community advisers to discuss whether to request a federal investigation of Smitherman.

We further believe the issuance of the press release is another example of Sillyman abusing his position as PRESIDENT of the Cincinnati NAACP. The purpose of Sillyman's press release was to: (1) use the NAACP to level personal attacks against other black people -- in this case Kenneth L. Lawson, George Beatty, and Howard Beatty; (2) arouse the emotions, passions, hatred and prejudices of those people who don't know the whole story of what led to Oba's death and leverage those feelings into political power (this is classic demagoguery); (3) promote the foolish notion that there was a conspiracy to kill Oba to his Smart-Mouth Little Punks, even though he knows there was no conspiracy and encourage violence in the Black community (we know Sillyman created and mailed out a "Wanted Poster" with my face and Black Fist General Nikki X's face on them); (4) stir up controversy for the anniversary of Oba's death; (5) get me off his puny ass. Well, that bitch ass nigga Sillyman can send out all the press releases he wants, it's not going to stop me from reporting the truth on this blog, or telling the truth about him in public. In fact, his bullshit antic let me know that I'm on to something. The more he squirms, the more I'm encouraged to turn up the heat on him.

Sillyman is pimping Oba in death, just like he did during his life. Sillyman was issued a subpoena to testify, under oath, Howard Beatty's trial. If Sillyman had something to say, why didn't he show up and say under oath in court, instead of talking in riddles on the radio? Why didn't he come share the conspiracy in court when it might've made a difference? Why didn't he let the judge and law enforcement know who was in on the conspiracy and what the details of the conspiracy were? And if he was really Oba's friend, not his pimp, why didn't Sillyman show up at the trial of the man who killed him to speak out in Oba's defense?

NO ONE can tell you anything about the circumstances surrounding that man's life or his death better than me.

I've told the same truthful story over and over and over again. (1) Right here on this blog; (2) In Cincinnati Magazine; (3) On WDBZ Radio; and (4) On the witness stand under oath, under subpoena before the presiding judge in front of the glaring cameras of the local and statewide media, the defense and the PROSECUTION.

Where was the Snake in a Suit? Where was The Sillyman? Where was the homogenized, sissified, punkified, pastorized punk name Christopher Smitherman? That Klown received the same court-ordered subpoena to testify FOR Howard Beatty, I repeat testify FOR Howard Beatty that General Nikki X, Lincoln Ware, Joy R. Rolland (yes Joy Rolland was to testify FOR Howard not against him), Donald Coffer, Endure X, Willie Cunningham and many many others received.... the ONLY difference is the above mention and the many many others who recieved their subpoenas responded to the courts order and showed up under those subpoenas to do what the law required. The Snake in a Suit Sillyman DID NOT!!!

NAACP endorse Crime Stoppers

For the first time in the nation, a local branch of the National Association for The Advancement of Colored People is endorsing a Crime Stoppers program for its efforts to solve crime.

The Cincinnati NAACP branch will take that historic step today at an 11 a.m. ceremony with officials from Crime Stoppers and Cincinnati police at Martin Luther King Park, 3740 Reading Rd., according to police.

Recognizing that violent crime affects everybody in the community, the Cincinnati branch of the NAACP is encouraging their membership and all of Greater Cincinnati to support Crime Stoppers and to use the program, police said in a prepared statement.

Officials from both organizations will jointly announce their cooperation to encourage citizens to realize that silence in the face of crime must change, and to send the message that murder is unacceptable, police said.

I mean who in their right mind don't endorse Crime Stoppers? The local Snake in a Suit will use any and every opportunity he can use to get his name and face in a newspaper he claims is soooo racist and soooo bias toward black people in the city and especially racist and extremely bias toward him. You can't have it both ways.

Same as with The Cincinnati Herald, our weekly black newspaper, when things weren't going his way he encouraged black folks to unsubscribe, encouraged his friends and family to unsubscribe and declared strongly (rather screeched very loudly) that he himself will unsubscribe. Bro. Finnell has fought tooth and nail to gain and retain custody of his son (who will not be named here for he is a minor). Bro. Finnell has an uphill battle in front of him to undo all of the psychological/emotional abuse heaped upon his innocent son at the hands of his bi polar mother, pictured above.

16 days ago, this past January 12th would've been our dear brother, Dr. Khalid Abdul Muhammad's 61ST birthday had he not been (in the opinion of The Black Fist and other TRUE black militants around the country) MURDERED. Dr. Khalid was one of our strong black fearless brothers featured in our "Black Fist Everyday Black History Series" back on February 21, 2006., and the following is a reposting of that entry. Take the time to re-read this entry and reflect upon our brothers' life and legacy. Dr. Khalid was a true true black militant who laid it down for a race of people he loved so dearly and fought so proudly for, that's right THE BLACK RACE! And he was never ashamed to stand up and speak out on behalf of us nor was he ever ashamed to shame the devil in his house and to his face!

We will always love this brother and we, The Black Fist and I, General Nikki X on behalf of The Black Fist will always stand strong and speak out on behalf of the black race in the spirit and memory of my beloved brother Dr. Khalid Abdul Muhammad.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DR. KHALID!!! THE PEOPLE'S GENERAL!!!

THE GENERAL: DR. KHALID ABDUL MUHAMMAD

On February 17, 2001, a powerful force and voice of a people passed on. Khalid Abdul Muhammad was pronounced dead at the age of 53 in an Atlanta, Georgia hospital after suffering a massive aneurysm.
Mr. Muhammad was the national chairman of the new Black Panther Party for Self-Defense, a position many said suited him perfectly, as he was often described as a well-educated and powerful speaker and leader. Many of Mr. Muhammad's antagonist, including Louis Farrakhan, his former mentor, saw him as as a man who insulted people and didn't care about anyone else's opinion but his own. Many also considered him a racist who railed against whites, Jews, Catholics and certain civil rights leaders. Although many people disagreed with his positions, others could see that he was a confident, intelligent, determined leader and respected him for standing his ground. For example, in 1998 he fought for the Million Youth March in Harlem to continue when Mayor Rudolph Giuliani opposed it. Thanks to his lawyers, Mr. Muhammad and the March was a huge success, although it ended with confrontations between the rally's participants and the New York City Police Department.

After losing a leader like Mr. Muhammad, one would think that there would be a spirit of sadness and grief. Yet there was only a small hint of that when it came time for his memorial service on February 24 in Harlem, at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church, 120th Street and Malcolm X Boulevard.

Over five hundred people, including fifty-five members of The New Black Panther Party, attended the service to pay their respects: as they settled into their seats, there wasn't any crying or grief on their faces, only smiles and looks of deep thought. Anyone who entered the room could see this was going to be a celebration honoring Khalid Abdul Muhammad's life. Singers and African drummers did their best to feed the positive spirit in the air.

Speakers readied their speeches and poems to contribute to the mood. Although everyone was there to celebrate Khalid's life, feelings of hope, anger, and passion ignited every time a speaker got up to address the service. Among the many speakers were the Rev. Al Sharpton, Minister Michael Muhammad, Dr. Ben Johnnon, Warrior Woman, Willie Rocks, Moses Powell, Herman Ferguson and others. Every one of the speakers had the ability to move the people; nobody was disappointed.

Warrior Woman shouted, "They killed our leader, but never the revolution. Keep going no matter what!" Willie Rocks, a long-time leader in the New Black Panther Movement, called for an awakening of black people, saying: "Tear down imperialism, build organizations, set up rallies, do your part in the fight for equality we deserve."

Video highlights of Mr. Muhammad were shown after the speeches. The clips showed how, no matter who interviewed him, Mr. Muhammad always managed to make his point clearly and peopled listened when he spoke.

Outside the service, people spoke of Mr. Muhammad's specific characteristics which inspired them. Twenty-six year-old Germany Matrix said, "I would want to have Mr. Muhammad's boldness, courage, sincerity, and determination and I would do my best to be better than him and continue his legacy."

What can be done to remember Dr. Muhammad's memory? Sixteen-year-old Brooklyn resident Romanza Matrix beleives that we must carry out his dream of one day seeing our generation overcome the obstacles the government puts in our way.

Lord Tawfyz and his group Shaka Zula said, "Growing up, our hero wasn't Michael Jordan running up the court chasing a ball. Mr. Muhammad was our hero. He was one of the super black heroes. We admire for him for his courage and the way he told the truth. He taught us not to fear the enemy and that's why he's our hero"

Many people felt this way. As the service ended, the feeling was one of pride and joy. It was not as though something or someone had come to an end, but as though something was beginning and getting stronger.

We miss him terribly but we know he is with the ancestors, resting with The Honorable Marcus Mosiah Garvey, The General Nat Turner, Bro. Minister Malcolm X and so on. We will never forget our brother and we will always honor him as a Strong Black Afrikan Revolutionary Defender of the Black Nation.

Our dear brother, Bro. Endure X, local spokeman for The New Black Panther Nation here in Cincinnati attended the funeral services of Dr. Khalid in Harlem, New York and he told me the spirit was just as Mr. Gilks described only more Militant and more Revolutionary than described above. He said the streets were lined with beautiful Strong Black people paying their respects to "The General" Dr. Khalid Abdul Muhammad and all you could see were Strong Black Fist pumped in the air and Pride on the faces of Black folks.
I've seen the pictures of the services and read the speeches and viewed the transcripts, I can say it looked to be just as described by Bro. X.

Dr.Khalid is to never be forgotten no matter what the white folks say about him, he stood strong for what he beleived and he was not afraid to tell the devil to his face what he thought or challenge the devil at any given time to an intellectual debate! Which the devil always came up short!

Dr. Khalid Abdul Muhammad's life, legacy and his memory will always be preserved by General Nikki X and The Black Fist.
Dr. Khalid will always be "The General" of The Black Fist and The Real "People's General!"

VIOLENT RETALIATIONS SENDS WOMAN TO PRISON

A woman who used her car to run over an ex-boyfriend, used her cable TV show to harass a woman, used abusive language to a judge in court and spit on a jailer, finally is going to prison.

Joy Rolland, 33, of South Cumminsville, pleaded guilty Friday to spitting on a Hamilton County sheriff's deputy while in jail on other charges. When Rolland is sentenced Jan. 9, Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge Robert Winkler can send her to prison for up to 2 1/2 years.

Rolland was calm in court Friday - unlike a September court appearance.

Rolland was before Municipal Judge Melissa Powers, accused of harassing Nikki X. Rolland was accused of violating a protective order by harassing and threatening Ms.X during Rolland's public access cable television show and for chasing Ms. X in her car.

Rolland became so agitated at that Sept 24 hearing that she berated the judge, shouted "screw this court" and called the judge "a joke". That resulted in Powers citing her for contempt of court six times and sending her to jail for 180 days. After Rolland served 50 days on the contempt charges, Powers released her.

While Rolland was in jail, she spit in the face of Deputy Sonya Trollinger.

The conviction for contempt and spitting on the deputy violated the three years of probation Rolland was placed on in 2007 for the charges involving Ms. X. She also hasn't paid $4,123 in restitution and probation fines and fees.

In 2006, Rolland was arrested for using her car to try to run over an ex-boyfriend.

I came across this disgusting disturbing story a couple a days ago & never had the time to post it.
I arose early this morning to make sure nothing got in my way of informing and alerting our people to what's really up in the black community under the sheets, so to speak:

Police: Man Hid his HIV

Cincinnati police have charged a Westwood man with assault after he allegedly had sex with a woman for nearly two months but failed to tell her he was HIV-positive.

Police arrested Claude Zonou, 43, Saturday. He had a consensual relationship with a woman from March 13 to May 15, officials say.

Court records also indicate Zonou has tested positive for HIV.

It is unclear how the woman learned Zonou was infected, or if she contracted the virus.

A grand jury returned an indictment last week for Zonou, who is facing two counts of felonious assault. He is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center.

In Ohio and several other states, it is illegal to have sex with someone without telling that person if you have been infected with HIV, the virus that causes AIDS.

Late last year, a homeless man who has the virus raped a UC student who was prone to epileptic seizures.
Dexter Ford pleaded guilty to rape and felonious assault and was sentenced to 10 years in prison.

The victim in that case told the judge, "The past six months have been a never-ending worry about HIV."

Nationwide, about 1.12 million people are living with the AIDS virus. Such estimates may not be accurate, experts caution, because not everyone with the virus has been tested. More than 56,000 new HIV infections were reported in 2006.

TERRY LEE SUMMERS: CAPTURED!!!

It appears the Wheels of Justice are just beginning to turn.

I just got the call from a Cincinnati Police Detective (who will remain unnamed) that sexual predator/mental nutcase/stalker Terry Lee Summers (known on this blog as Tiny Terry Lee) was CAPTURED while lurking around.

Probably on the prowl for his next victim. (my words not the detectives')

Tiny Terry Lee is to be arraigned this afternoon in Justice Center courtroom A at 12:30 PM.

Well my faithful readers, as I've reported on this website so many times in the past, I will not sit back silently and allow anyone to threaten, harass, terrorize or stalk me or mine. Terry Lee Summers knows if there is any truth left in his short 5' 2 inch body (which I doubt there ever was any) that I have never done anything to make him lose his damn mind and come after me the way he has. And if he says I have the little rat bastard is a bonafide liar!

His only reasoning for attacking me (that I can see) is his long pent-up love/sexual lust/hate for me, and his crazed doomed incarcerated bi polar girlfriend Joy R. Rolland feeding him vicious lies and bullshit about me. Egging him on and planting ideas in his big rock hard head to carry out all the wicked vicious heinous plans she can no longer carry out against me due to her being locked up in the Hamilton County Juster Center, right where her stupid goofy boyfriend is sitting today.

Black Community Terrorist and convicted felon Joy R. Rolland is due back in another Hamilton County courtroom this morning. Rolland will appear before Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge Robert C. Winkler for arraignment at 8:30 A.M. Rm.585. In the case where it was reported by Hamilton County Sheriff's Deputies in a sworn affidavit that nasty Joy Rolland spit in the face of Hamilton County Sheriff's Deputy Sonya Tollinger back on October 23, 2008.

A "MOTION FOR ORDER COMPELLING MEDICAL EXAMINATION FOR VENEREAL DISEASES". Both motions/orders dated November 6, 2008.

After "medical examination(s) for Venereal Diseases", filthy crazy Joy is then ordered to reappear before Judge Robert C. Winkler on November 25, 2008., at 9:00 A.M. courtroom 380 for "DNC/DISPOSITION SCHEDULING CON". I am not a lawyer but I would assume at that time the results will be in on whether or not filthy spit wielding Joy exposed Hamilton County Sheriff's Deputy Sonya Tollinger to any transmitted Venereal Diseases which most certainly includes HIV/AIDS.

Spitting in a person's face used to be just a "nasty filthy disgusting thing to do". Now due to the AIDS epidemic, spitting in some one's face has become a DEADLY WEAPON!

If stupid is found through medical testing/examination to have HIV/AIDS could the charges against her be upgraded to attempted murder?

As the charge(s) against her should have been when crazy Joy hit her son's father with her 3,000 lb.-plus car leaving him lying in the middle of Cass Street in broad daylight damn near dead yet clinging to life back in October 2006.! That attempted murder by crazy Joy of her baby's daddy was witnessed by her scared-to-death trembling yet accepting of her ALL daughter's criminal behaviour, Alma D. Rolland and crazy's young son.

What a traumatizing event it must certainly have been for the young lad to have witnessed his enraged vicious hate-filled mama mowing his loving daddy down in an attempt to take him straight up off the planet Earth right before his very eyes!

We pray for the complete mental restoration of Bro. Damion Finnell and Crazy Joy Rolland's young son. I'm sure Bro. And they [the incumbents] will have to answer to the "leadership" of the NAACP and its membership as to why they did not support P.R. and the black community.

I wonder if the "leader" of the NAACP has ever taken his arrogant head out of the clouds long enough to ask himself: Maybe the voters of Cincinnati do support the NAACP as a whole, as a historical organization.....

Suspect 'Obsessed'

ROSELAWN - Two bibles, one well-thumbed and the other brand new, sit opened at the keyboard of Rev. Donald Fairbanks' computer. Surrounding his desk are stacks of devotional tapes and CDs that explore topics such as faith, forgiveness and love.

Elizabeth Fairbanks sits on a nearby couch and stares. Her eyes are tired, voice strained with laryngitis.

One floor below in the family's Tudor home in Roselawn are sounds of people entering and leaving the house. It's been that way since Saturday, when the pastor was gunned down, allegedly by a man Elizabeth Fairbanks and court records describe as obsessed.

Police say Frederick Davis of Covington ambushed the pastor and Deacon Dowdell Cobb on Saturday outside the Ninth Street Baptist Church in Covington, where during a funeral Davis was delivering some papers to relatives of 71-year-old Alice Turner, who recently died.

Cobb was still in University Hospital on Monday. Fairbanks was pronounced dead at a Kentucky hospital Saturday.

He will be buried this Saturday. His wife of 17 years will wear an intricate champagne dress, an anniversary gift her husband gave her a day before he died. She was to wear it to church when her husband was preaching, not to his funeral.

"I'll get through this," she said, explaining that the lessons her husband taught her about faith, forgiveness and love hopefully will carry her through her grief.

The stormy relationship between her husband and Davis goes back at least three years, Fairbanks said. She said Davis first called her in August 2005. She described the conversation as telephone harassment and said there would be much more to follow over the years.

In one call, he claimed her husband was away with his ex-girlfriend, with whom he had two children, and that he wanted her to feel the same pain that he did. Fairbanks had denied the allegation.

Elizabeth Fairbanks said Davis always seem to call when he knew her husband was away on church business.

Close to two years later, she stood before a judge and cried when she asked for a protection order against Davis.

The judge, she said, asked why she was crying.

She was embarrassed, she says she told the judge; it was her first time in a courtroom.

"I prayed no one would see me in the courtroom," the late pastor's wife said.

As Fairbanks lay dying Saturday, his wife sat and waited at their family church across the river in the West End.

A church meeting was to get under way with leaders of the New Saint Missionary Baptist Church, and Fairbanks wasn't answering his phone.

"I knew something wasn't right," she said.

If Fairbanks had a fault, it was not letting go of an issue and always trying to find peaceful, Christ-like resolution, Elizabeth Fairbanks said.

"He preached against violence, being rude and not forgiving," she said. 'But death took him at these kinds of hands."

Davis was obsessed, she said.

She changed her phone number. She filed police reports.

He was relentless, she said.

She said her husband often worried that she would be the victim, though he knew he wasn't safe. Just a few weeks ago, Elizabeth Fairbanks said Davis showed up at a West End funeral. Both men filed police reports, Elizabeth Fairbanks said, although efforts to obtain them from the Cincinnati Police Department were not successful on Monday.

"The signs were all there," she said of Davis' alleged obsession.

Davis' former girlfriend, Pamela Sanders, tells a similar story, according to court documents.

Sanders was at her grandmother's funeral in Covington on Saturday when Davis allegedly showed up shooting.

Sanders told authorities as early as February that she was frightened by Davis' threats and erratic behavior, according to court records.

Davis, 40, appeared before Kenton County District Judge Ann Ruttle on Monday on charges of murder, assault, criminal mischief and violating a protection order.

He remains in the Kenton County jail after Ruttle refused to set bond.

Though Davis did not enter a plea, his attorney, Dennis Alerding Jr., indicted that he would plead not guilty to the charges.

A preliminary hearing was set for Nov. 12.

Kenton Commonwealth's Attorney Rob Sanders, no relation to Pamela Sanders, said he will seek a murder indictment in the next 60 days.

Pamela Sanders got a protection order against Davis in February when he allegedly showed up at her daughter's basketball game and allegedly assaulted Sanders.

Davis reached into Sanders' car while she was parked outside a school gym, grabbed her mobile phone and broke it, according to court records. Sanders told investigators that Davis then grabbed her by the neck and tried to pull her from the car.

"This activity makes me scared because I feel like I can't go anywhere," Sanders wrote in a report.

Davis figured out how to reconfigure cell phone chips - called phone cloning - so calls meant to be blocked could be received, Sanders claimed in court records.

"This is just a small number of things that he does on a daily basis," she wrote. "but I guess I really saw how much I was really in danger the night he showed up at my daughter's school.

He was charged with violating a protection order in May when he picked up his 13-year-old daughter after school even though he had no custody or visitation rights.

When Sanders went to Davis' home to pick up her daughter, Davis ran out to her and tried to open the door, according to court records.

Davis then crashed his car into Sanders' 2008 Ford Edge when she drove up to the neighbor's house, according to court records.

Davis had threatened to shoot and kill people before, according to court records.

Davis was charged with felony wanton endangerment in May 2005 after he threatened a woman with a gun and tried to ram her with his pickup truck in Covington. The woman is not named in this case. The woman told investigators Davis punched her in the chest two or three times and said he was going to kill her.

The wanton endangerment charge was dismissed after Davis completed mediation.

Visitation for Fairbanks will be 5-9 p.m. at the New St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, 1907 Freeman Ave., West End. Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Southern Baptist Church, 3556 Reading Road, Avondale.

Judge Melissa A. Powers back on September 24, 2008 convicted and sentenced crazy Joy to 6 months in the Hamilton County Justice Center on 6 counts of contempt of court. Originally in court for a hearing on bond revocation for twice violating an order of protection and menacing by stalking, for which Judge Powers decided not to revoke Crazy Joy's bond. Deciding instead to order stupid Joy to [once again] stay away from Nikki X, abide by the previous order(s) of protection and ordered [once again] to not mention the name of / threaten Nikki X during her silly 1 hour bullshit public access TV show.

Once the Judge's orders were given and court was adjourned, crazy bi polar Joy Rolland stands up, does her best Norma Desmond impression, throws her cheap Family Dollar Store looking sweater around her fat neck stares directly at Nikki X and boldly declared, "Happy Justice You Bitch!"

The rest, of course is history. Crazy Joy goes-- how should I say this? Ahh yes plainly I suppose -- goes B-U-C-K W-I-L-D C-R-A-Z-Y!!!

Bottom Line: Crazy bi polar is currently incarcerated for a period of 6 months on 6 counts of contempt of court. 1 month/30 days for each citing of contempt against the court.

Now after catching ANOTHER case while incarcerated here comes crazy convicted felon Joy Rolland's public defender Arica L. Underwood filing 6 separate motions to appeal Judge Powers ruling(s) of contempt.

Joy Rolland has absolutely NO RESPECT for the law whatsoever and it was witnessed that day by her own public defender Arica L. Underwood!

Anyone who was in that courtroom that faithful day on September 24, 2008 knows Judge Powers did the right thing by citing, convicting and throwing the proverbial book at that loud mouth terroristic crazy bitch and slapping her with 6 months in the slammer to run consecutively!

However, in these United States a citizen of this country has the right to file and appeal any courts ruling found disagreeable to the citizen/defendant in question.

In this particular case, Judge Melissa A. Powers was dead right in her decision, and the black community terrorist Joy Rolland needs to stay her 230 lb. ass right where she is.
