"KEEP YOUR MONEY IN YOUR POCKET"! I'll get right down to it. The Economic Boycott and Sanctions on Travel & Tourism is still in full effect"! Those of us in the Black community of conscienceness and those of you who just care about good ol' fashion justice & fairplay, will join "The Black Fist", "The New Black Panther Nation" and other strong organizations like "The Black United Front", "The Concerned Citizens for Justice", The Coalition for a Just Cincinnati" and "The African Cultural Commission" in asking that -NO MONEY BE SPENT IN DOWNTOWN CINCINNATI- during this holiday season OR any other time of the year. Not until Black people receive equal justice, police brutality has ended, economic dollars start to come back into the Black community (50%) of the population of the City of Cincinnati from whence they originated and ALL other boycott demands are met, -General Nikki X will repeat the statement she has repeated since the boycotts conception and at the time "The Black Fist" became "stanch supporters" of this boycott, with the agreement of the organizations listed above: "NO JUSTICE, NO PROFIT" KEEP YOUR MONEY IN YOUR POCKETS! It makes not a damn bit of difference who called what, when, how or who likes who that called it. I, personally am not even slightly interested in that whatsoever. But what I am interested in is the fact that we have an "ongoing" freedom struggle in this City and we asked that the City of Cincinnati (downtown south of Central Parkway in particular) receive not a single red penny until our [Black peoples'] demands are met. We [The Black Fist] collectively ask everyone within eyeshot of this blog and beyond to please honor our "Freedom Struggle". Please honor "The Boycott". Please honor those of us who are seeking justice for our people. There are plenty of places for one to shop and purchase holiday goods other than smack dab in the middle of "Oppression Central" a.k.a. Downtown Sinsinnati. If you MUST shop downtown ~ONLY~ Shop, purchase & spend with "BLACK OWNED AND OPERATED BUSINESSES"! Not businesses where the black man may be managing for the white man, NO...We mean "BLACK OWNED AND OPERATED BUSINESSES"! It's time for all of us to pitch in and do our parts if we want to obtain peace, justice, equality, equal taxation WITH representation and stop police brutality BEFORE it gets started. Black people in the City of Cincinnati MUST stand up and DEMAND respect and with respect comes "JUSTICE". And I beleive after close to 5 years, the Boycott demands are crystal clear. We have a new "Black Fist Endorsed Strong Black Mayor" and the time has come to sit down and talk about the things that need to be talked about. But until that day comes.....We will not bend nor will we bow. "NO JUSTICE, NO PROFIT", KEEP YOUR MONEY IN YOUR POCKET!!! gee, I guess you will scare 60,000 away from Paul Brown Stadium tomorrow - have you personally begged Chad Johnson or others not to show up?? How about lying down in front of the TV truck so it won't broadcast??
Paris Boycotters can whip your a** day and night...
Are you expecting Mallory to address the boycott demands?
Anonymous,
Would you have The Cincinnati Boycotters and those who "support" the boycott just burn down stores, burn up businesses, burn up surrounding houses, burn up police officers and their police cars and anyone who tries to get in the way of our freedom struggle? Maybe burn up ignorant ordinary citizens who blog stupidity like yourself who may try to stop us from burning down Paul Brown Stadium keeping you from attending a Bengals game? Then start in on burning up the so-called good white folks of Paris, eh, I mean Cincinnati"?
That is what you are implying by comparing "us" to The Paris Protesters.
And you should be totally 100% ashamed of yourself and be totally 100% unable to look in the mirror for a very long time.
This IS (and has ALWAYS been)a "peaceful", "lawful", "non-violent" boycott for justice.
We peacefully protest when we feel it neccessary. And we have NEVER killed, burned or assaulted an officer of the law and/or property of thereof.
This blog is for the intellectual not the buffoonish.
But in any case here we go...Although your asinine comments are not really welcomed, I suppose when one opens one's site to the public, one gets the intellectual and the idiots alike.
Thank you (I think) for reading The Black Fist Blog.
Anonymous,
Mayor-Elect Mark Mallory stated time & again during his campaign, He is willing to sit down and talk with ALL citizens of Cincinnati, NOT just the ones he likes. Unlike David Pepper who made it perfectly clear he would not even entertain the though especially if those persons are activist Black such as "The Black Fist".
That is why Mark Mallory is TODAY in the Mayor's big chair. And David Pepper is stuck forever in his daddy's lil highchair!
I have every confidence that Mayor-Elect Mallory will discussion the issues that need to be discussed & Good, bad or indifferent, An intelligent civil conversation will ensue between all parties involved.
Thank you for your comments and Thank you for reading The Black Fist Blog.
What are the black-owned businesses downtown? I only know of Manna Vegetarian Deli on Main Street, which kicks ass.
My point is you ARE buffoonish when it comes to standing in your little circle yelling the most downgrading insults at other blacks as they enter whatever festivities that have occurred in the last several years. I think your highly intellectual on all your other posts concerning black unity, etc. I don't think you little boycott has affected anything other than the first 1 or 2 black entertainers that decided not to show up - other than that I think its a joke. Continued good luck with your support of Mallory and wishes for your future.
Sorry Anonymous,
I don't nor have I ever "stood in little circles" yelling at other black folks going in & out of any black events. I simply pass out information on why YOU blacks shouldn't be entering into events where YOU know are owned and operated by some of the same people who are in direct opposition to BLACK peoples' equality and justice. Establishments-- some of whom are supported by funding from the City of Cincinnati.
Places & events where we [black people] have seen no representation in the building of, contracts to build and/or proper representation as far as managing or (God Forbid!) actually "OWNING" because the City of Cincinnati saw a "plan from the Blackman" and said, "No can do before the [Black] man even had a chance to present it". But the City of Cincinnati gets 50% of our [Black]taxation.
We are 50% of the population in Cincinnati.
So instead of looking at the so-called "personalities" who you may see in the forefront of this movement/boycott why don't YOU Mr. or Mrs. Anonymous "intellectual", join us and show us "how it really should be done". Since you don't like some of our so-called tactics.
OR better yet--Why don't you just stop "BREAKING THE BOYCOTT" then you won't have to worry yourself about whether or not your feelings will be hurt and bruised by OTHER protesters who choose to "yell & scream" at boycott violators!
And see I didn't even call you a "buffoonish idiot who has not a clue of anything other than your OWN PERSONAL discomfort when you spend about $90 to go see a silly ass play called: "How to Turn a Ho into a First Lady" or whatever the shit is called...."IN THE BOYCOTT ZONE"!
No I responded to you with respect WITHOUT the name calling...
And were'nt you the one who started out your anonymous comments by "complaining" about "protesters"...yelling at you?
Nevertheless thank you for your acknowledgement of my support of Mayor-Elect Mallory.
Best wishes to you as well.
And Thank you for reading "The Black Fist Blog".
I think Mr. anonymous is one of the white business owners’ who’s getting upset because he is losing money. I don't blame you. But you would never understand how it is to black in a white mans country. How about I try to paint a picture for you; you live in a village of mostly black people. Every school you attend you are the only white person in the class, therefore, people already view you differently. Every time you turn on the television or read a magazine it features mostly black people that are wealthy, and the only reason they are wealthy is because the blood shed from you own ancestors whom were beat to death, raped, murdered, and jailed for being innocent and guilty. You now feel that you are being desensitized because you were taken from your home, not by choice or the mere fact that your parents wanted to leave to give you a better life but stolen to be used as a tool, striped of your culture and made to believe that everything that the dominate group has it the best thing to have and/or the best way to look. You feel lost and don’t know Where to go or what to do. BACK TO REALITY…… You still might not understand because you are selfish and don’t care about anyone else’s needs but your own and I see that from the way you were writing to General Nikki X. We may also feel like slavery was so long ago “can’t we all just get along” The truth is slavery was not that long ago, My mom experienced segregation, my grandma experienced the segregation and the after effect of slavery, and my great grandmother experienced slavery (God “Yaweh” rest her soul) and everyday we are constantly reminded everyday that we are different, if your black 40yrs old and older on your birth certificate is says negro. Slavery caused a ripple affect so the only person you can be mad at “Mr. white” man is yourself. Did you honestly think slavery was going to be over and all of a sudden we were going to forget about what happened and go on our day as happy citizen? NO, you know that as well as people in higher positions that is why slavery is not over it is just in a new subtle form called the justice system and these are some of the things General Nikki X is talking about and trying to fix. Yeah it may seem mean to you and ignorant but sometimes you have to take that route for others to take you seriously. Do you think the boycotts with Martain Luther king with smoothly? No a lot of people lot yourself thought it was stupid and ignorant as well. But I can go on forever trying to explain to you, depending on how far gone you really are, but you probably will never understand and I don’t expect you to” maybe there is a such thing as reincarnation and you can come back as a black man “your worst fear” HA HA HA HA……..
Thank You Aseaya,
I couldn't have said it better.
Thank You For Reading The Black Fist Blog!
