THE DEBUT OF GENERAL EMERALD X

It brings me great pleasure to bring to you one of our newest and highly trained Generals, 'General Emerald.' General Emerald has contributed a fascinating piece of literary art in the form of a poem to our blog and for that, we thank this General from the bottom of our hearts! See blog entry: WELCOME TO THE BLACK FIST BLOG! For information on the variety of subjects we would be dealing with. You will find poems in the mix.

General Emerald believes in truth and the ability for one to look deep within oneself. The Black Fist Blog belongs to every member of our elite organization, and we are proud when one of our Generals contribute to the empowering writings, opinions and philosophies of The Black Fist. I love writing the articles on this blog but I do indeed love it even more when another General steps up to the journalist plate and makes it happen!

General Nikki X is so pleased to have other member of The Black Fist come forward with their great submissions and soon you will hearing from other strong Black Fist members such as 'General Malik X,' 'General Rakim,' & 'General Kwame X.' Just as you have heard from Bro. Kemuel Yisrael and The Delegate w/The Black Fist in the past.

These 3 strong Black men (Generals Malik X, Rakim & Kwame) are 3 of the most powerful, courageous, loyal and dedicated soldiers I've ever had the pleasure of doing battle alongside. True Black Militant warriors, in the spirit of Nat Turner (peace be upon him) and Dr. Khalid Abdul Muhammad (peace be upon him).

So without further ado, we'd like to bring to the screen our top solidier...The powerful...The heavy...GENERAL EMERALD!!!

Read this -- then give General Emerald a strong Black Hand!!!...The General calls this debut to The Black Fist Blog.....

GOSSIP --- REMEMBER ME?

My name is Gossip. I have no respect for justice. I maim without killing. I break hearts and ruin lives. I am curious and malicious and gather strength with age.

The more I am quoted, the more I am believed. I flourish at every level of society. My victims are helpless. They cannot protect themselves against me because I have no name and no face. To track me down is impossible. The harder you try, the more elusive I become.

I am nobody's friend. Once I tarnish a reputation, it is never the same. I topple governments and wreck marriages. I make innocent people cry in their pillows.

My name is GOSSIP.

THERE IT IS, THERE IT IS, THERE IT IS! The Debut of General Emerald X!

General Emerald thiought due to all of the deception, lies and backstabbing that goes on in the black community, this was the property time to shine the mirror of truth in the faces of some of our most deceptive lying tongues that wag incessively within our midst.
Deceptive so-called Cincinnati negroes at their worst. It's heartbreaking to see and hear.

General Emerald hopes this contribution will open the eyes and minds of our beautiful beloved Black nation then maybe they will see the error of their ways and stop before it's too late! Gossip, falsehood and lies is a terrible condition that diseases the tongues of our people against one another. We must come together like brothers and sisters!

General Emerald leaves you with the greetings of BLACK FIST, BLACK POWER, BLACK NATION!!!

The official greeting of "The Black Fist!"

General Nikki X says, We thank you on behalf of the black community for that powerful artist poem, General Emerald. It was 100% truth and hopefully reached those who needed to be reached. We hope it will not your last!

Coming Soon..... "The Debut of General Malik X!" You won't wanna miss!!!

First I want the Sistah General Nikki X to understand that my last comment, on Saturday 10/28/06 at 4:07:12 pm, incurred my mistake of visualizing the spelling of your name as containing one letter “k” instead of two. Sorry my beautiful, Nubian warrior. My consciousness shall not repeat this mistake again, and I will memorize correctly the double k in N-I-K-K-I.

As you may have gathered, as evidenced by my timeliness, that I am a bit “OUT OF SYNC”. I find the Black Fist blog to be very informative, and a very positive avenue of enlightenment. You see, every since I posted my first blog, 10/28/06, I’ve been chronologically reviewing each month’s previous issue. The General truly has a masterful way of using Ebonics in particular and words in general. I love it. As of now, I will not try to pretend to know how the General does her thing, but only to acknowledge that her power, in command, of the written word is superb. The Black reader will gain much benefits byway of her insights. The Black Community, in time, will fully appreciate the benefits of being able to openly express themselves on BLACK issues, for the benefits of a peaceful mind.

I am saying all this to say to you, General Nikki X, Please keep up your good work!

And to you General Emerald, I have just gotten to your poem “GOSSIP—REMEMBER ME”. I like it a lot. Very, Very, Very true. “... No respect for justice...maim without killing...break hearts and ruin lives...victims are helpless...tarnish a reputation...My name is GOSSIP”. Very, Very, Verrrrry TRUE. This poem is truly the truth and it is a gemstone. Worthy to be a Black Emerald. But, we all know emerald’s to be green, unless, they are deep in dark tones, and accented in hues of light reflecting Black illuminations. General Emerald, I know I am a late response, but Brother please, please keep up your truly, truly, blessed work.

I HAVE FELT GOSSIP FIRST HAND. IT HAS A POWERFUL BITE. AND LEAVES LONG LASTING SCARS. TIME IS THE ONLY CURE. During better times, hopefully, GOSSIP will lower it’s ugly head.

Please correct above comment to be General Emerald X. No harm or wrong doings was intended. I'm just getting a bit old, and am taking note of my mental slippage. This slippage caused the missing "X".
Just don't give up on me quite yet. There's still at least a little more for me to give. Smile.

A BLACK QUEEN BY NATURE & DESIGN!!! May 1, 2006 has opened my eyes! You know an older Brother like me should've known better, and realized that it was a beautiful and gifted Sister named Emerald X who was given the vision of "GOSSIP--REMEMBER ME".

Sistah please, please keep up your truly, truly, blessed work.
