Calling it "Baracknophobia", Stewart showed clips of anchor and pundits from all three cable networks repeating baseless rumors (Muslim, plagiarist, sexist, etc.) about Barack Obama (and his wife Michelle).

Media Bridges Fires sex offender

The non-profit group Media Bridges is conducting background checks on all its volunteers after a tipster alerted officials that a Tier III sexual offender - used for Ohio's worst offenders - was working for them.
The offender, Bryan Lee, 35 of Avondale, was dismissed Wednesday.

"He came across as a nice, eager young man who wants to help people," said Tom Bishop, executive director of Media Bridges, which shows people how to use video and audio software to create movies, television shows, and multimedia programs.

While anyone can use the equipment, the organization has a focus on children, trying to help them with the skills for the future, Bishop said.
Lee is required to register every 90 days for life. He has two offenses on record - a sexual battery in 1999 and a criminal child enticement in 2006 - with two victims, both underage girls.

'THEY DON'T CARRY SIGNS'

"I was shocked now that I've done the research (on him), " Bishop said. "Yet whenever you hear about someone like this, this is what you read. They don't carry signs that says, 'I do this'."
Lee became a volunteer with Media Bridges a year ago. He worked behind the front desk, helping to check out equipment and make reservations, and occasionally assisted people in setting up their equipment. The company never asked for his background and, legally, he didn't have to give it to them.
Since Lee was a volunteer, he was never given a background check, a policy that changed Wednesday.
Monday, a tipster did an online search for Lee. She had recently heard complaints from kids about alleged inappropriate comments Lee was making.
Police were alerted and came to Over-the-Rhine based Media Bridges Tuesday night. Bishop then told Lee to go home.
Bishop said that he had previously never received a complaint against Lee.
Ohio Law says sex offenders cannot work in a daycare center and cannot live within 1,000 feet of a school. They do not have to reveal their sex offender status when applying for a job, according to Sean Donovan, chief deputy for the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.
There are no restrictions for working with children and it's up to the employer to check for problems.
"They can go to our Web site and (Lee's) in there. And all they have to do is check the Web site."

PARENTS INFORMED

Parents of children in the Media Bridges program who were told Wednesday seemed shocked but understanding.
"It was a surprise. I'm glad to hear he was not an instructor with the children," said Sandra Woosley, 66.
She has three grandchildren in different programs. "They've always felt safe being there and I've always felt perfectly safe with them being there."
In addition to the background checks. Bishop distributed a letter to parents explaining what happened and has met in person with as many as possible.

Kabaka Oba did several shows at Media Bridges with this insane idiot and what Media Bridges allowed him (and her, my felonious stalker) to say over their airwaves apparently was the last and FINAL straw, that ultimately got him shot and killed. It was reported in court during the trial that the person who carried out the act was "driven into a fit of rage by Oba". And what did the bi polar stalker (who sat on those TV shows with the mentioned above) do after his death? Nothing except to CONTINUE ON with the TERRORIST threats, slander and dangerous rhetoric. And Media Bridges allowed even after the tapes and DVDs were subpoenaed by the court in Hamilton County.

Several of the people being threatened by this bi polar TERRORIST nutcase has told Tom Bishop and his crew to their faces about what they have using their facility and their airwaves to threaten to kill folks, burn down businesses & etc. Some of the people being threatened have produced hardcore evidence of this nut's CRIMINAL RECORD and CONVICTIONS saving Tom Bishop the "trouble" of researching it as the "tipster" in the story above did. And what has Tom Bishop done? Absolutely nothing! Tom Bishop said he was "shocked to hear about him" [Lee]. I don't believe it for a minute cause him and his people acted like no big deal that the events of April 2006 happened and they certainly don't give a damn that, the same threatening rhetoric is still being spewed to this day!

If I and others who have been targeted by the TERRORIST CRIMINAL they have using their airwaves end up dead by the hand or incited to death by the TERRORIST words of that bitch, Media Bridges wouldn't give a good damn about it!
Media Bridges has already proven that!

If they did, the bitch would be kicked off their airwaves, kicked straight off just like the good people of Norwood Public Access Television (Norwood's version of Media Bridges) kicked the TERRORIST off their airwaves a couple of years ago for making the same TERRORIST threats and spewing the same slander!

Well my faithful readers, I am allowing the law to deal with my TERRORIST stalker as we speak. She is currently on home incarceration ONCE AGAIN and future court dates are pending.
It is my hope that the court system in Hamilton County will do its job (this time) and put my stalker away for a very long time. Where "it" needs to be.

I have always advocated for peace. Not violence.

This I will say, if Tom Bishop and the folks down at Media Bridges continue to allow my stalker to get on television and spew the TERRORIST threats she's known to spew, The Cincinnati Enquirer won't be the only one to get the news, cause you see its not just General Nikki X that's being threatened. And this nutcase is going open her mouth and threaten the wrong person and the next person to report about the CRIMINAL(S) at Media Bridges... and the consequences there of, will be Dr. Odell Owens, Hamilton County Coroner.

JOHN MCBUSH TOWN HALL BROADCAST TONIGHT LIVE ON FOX NEWS CHANNEL

Presumptive Republican presidential nominee John McCain will appear in a live town hall meeting broadcast on FOX News Channel tonight at 7 p.m. ET.

The hour -long event will be held at Federal Hall in New York City where George Washington was inaugurated twice. The town hall meeting will be hosted by FOX news' Shepard Smith, who will introduce the candidate and anchor a post-event analysis with former Bush White House Deputy Chief of Staff Karl Rove and Democratic strategist Bob Keckel and Kirsten Powers.

McCain will take random questions from the audience of about 200 people.

"You are already you are seeing in this presidential campaign, the spin, the soundbite, the taking comments out of context, all of the kind of trappings of political campaigns. Frankly, (they) are not very informed of the American people," McCain said, speaking in advance of the appearance.

The Arizona senator added that he wishes Barack Obama, the presumptive Democratic nominee, would accept his invitation to participate in joint town hall meetings throughout the summer.

"(Obama) is not going to be there tonight in New York City, in federal hall, where really one of our government began its operations but the fact is that I understand that maybe he couldn't do it. But I want Sen. Obama to accept my invitation. I will fly around this country with him, I'll reserve one day a week and let's have town hall meetings. Let's hear from the American people."

MALCOLM X'S KILLER DEMANDS FULL PARDON

The man who confessed to shooting Malcolm X to death is tired of spending 12 hours a week in lockup.

Thomas Hagan, who was convicted of first-degree murder for the 1965 assassination of the black leader, on Thursday filed court papers demanding a 14th parole hearing hoping to get a full parole.

Hagan, 66 has spent 19 years on a work-release program in which he spends 12 hours a week at a corrections facility in Harlem and the rest of the time working or at home with his wife and kids.

"Indeed, multiplied by 19 years, [Hagan] has spent an overwhelming majority of his time in everyday society," he argues in papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court. "Yet, his movement is monitored and limited."

Hagan, who was once a law-abiding inmate who rebuilt his life while working hard.

"[Hagan] has repeatedly expressed remorse for his actions and realizes the consequences of his conduct, and the tragic impact that he caused for the victim's family, and society as a whole," he wrote.

Three men were convicted of killing Malcolm X at the Audubon Ballroom at Broadway and 166th St. in February 1965. The two other men - who Hagan says were not present or involved in the shooting - were paroled nearly 20 years ago.

Hagan was most recently rejected for parole in September 2007. His next appearance before the state panel is not until January.

The former member of the Nation of Islam is serving a 20-years-to-life sentence for killing Malcolm X.

"Hagan evidently acted out of rage on impulse and loyality to the religious group and leadership that he was formerly associated with," he wrote. "He has accepted full responsibility for his conduct."

Hagan doesn't want to be "monitored and limited" ANYMORE huh?!?

Bro. Min. Malcolm X lies cold forever in his grave never to see his wife (now departed, peace be upon her) nor his children and now grandchildren live, prosper and grow. While this Hagan killer has been chilling in a somewhat prison able to move about basically at will. And what they've [state officials] has given him...just ain't good enough, he demands a "full pardon".

Sounds to me like he was "pardoned" years upon years ago. The white man hated Bro. Minister anyway so I suppose the black nation of conscience should be glad this killer even got a trial, conviction and subsequent prison term with several denials of parole in the first place!
