VIOLENT RETALIATIONS SENDS WOMAN TO PRISON
A woman who used her car to run over an ex-boyfriend, used her cable TV show to harass a woman, used abusive language to a judge in court and spit on a jailer, finally is going to prison.
Joy Rolland, 33, of South Cumminsville, pleaded guilty Friday to spitting on a Hamilton County sheriff's deputy while in jail on other charges. When Rolland is sentenced Jan. 9, Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge Robert Winkler can send her to prison for up to 2 1/2 years.
Rolland was calm in court Friday - unlike a September court appearance.
Rolland was before Municipal Judge Melissa Powers, accused of harassing Nikki X. Rolland was accused of violating a protective order by harassing and threatening Ms.X during Rolland's public access cable television show and for chasing Ms. X in her car.
Rolland became so agitated at that Sept 24 hearing that she berated the judge, shouted "screw this court" and called the judge "a joke". That resulted in Powers citing her for contempt of court six times and sending her to jail for 180 days. After Rolland served 50 days on the contempt charges, Powers released her.
While Rolland was in jail, she spit in the face of Deputy Sonya Trollinger.
The conviction for contempt and spitting on the deputy violated the three years of probation Rolland was placed on in 2007 for the charges involving Ms. X. She also hasn't paid $4,123 in restitution and probation fines and fees.
In 2006, Rolland was arrested for using her car to try to run over an ex-boyfriend.

MAN HID HIS POSITIVE HIV STATUS

I came across this disgusting disturbing story a couple a days ago & never had the time to post it.
I arose early this morning to make sure nothing got in my way of informing and alerting our people to what's really up in the black community under the sheets, so to speak:

Police: Man Hid his HIV
Cincinnati police have charged a Westwood man with assault after he allegedly had sex with a woman for nearly two months but failed to tell her he was HIV-positive.
Police arrested Claude Zonou, 43, Saturday. He had a consensual relationship with a woman from March 13 to May 15, officials say.
Court records also indicate Zonou has tested positive for HIV.
It is unclear how the woman learned Zonou was infected, or if she contracted the virus.
A grand jury returned an indictment last week for Zonou, who is facing two counts of felonious assault. He is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
In Ohio and several other states, it is illegal to have sex with someone without telling that person if you have been infected with HIV, the virus that causes AIDS.
Late last year, a homeless man who has the virus raped a UC student who was prone to epileptic seizures.
Dexter Ford pleaded guilty to rape and felonious assault and was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
The victim in that case told the judge, "The past six months have been a never-ending worry about HIV."
Nationwide, about 1.12 million people are living with the AIDS virus. Such estimates may not be accurate, experts caution, because not everyone with the virus has been tested. More than 56,000 new HIV infections were reported in 2006.

TERRY LEE SUMMERS: CAPTURED!!!

It appears the Wheels of Justice are just beginning to turn.
I just got the call from a Cincinnati Police Detective (who will remain unnamed) that sexual predator/mental nutcase/stalker Terry Lee Summers (known on this blog as Tiny Terry Lee) was CAPTURED while lurking around.
Probably on the prowl for his next victim. (my words not the detectives')
Tiny Terry Lee is to be arraigned this afternoon in Justice Center courtroom A at 12:30 PM.
Well my faithful readers, as I've reported on this website so many times in the past, I will not sit back silently and allow anyone to threaten, harass, terrorize or stalk me or mine. Terry Lee Summers knows if there is any truth left in his short 5' 2 inch body (which I doubt there ever was any) that I have never done anything to make him lose his damn mind and come after me the way he has. And if he says I have the little rat bastard is a bonafide liar!
His only reasoning for attacking me (that I can see) is his long pent-up love/sexual lust/hate for me, and his crazed doomed incarcerated bi polar girlfriend Joy R. Rolland feeding him vicious lies and bullshit about me. Egging him on and planting ideas in his big rock hard head to carry out all the wicked vicious heinous plans she can no longer carry out against me due to her being locked up in the Hamilton County Juster Center, right where her stupid goofy boyfriend is sitting today.

JOY ROLLAND BACK IN COURT TODAY

In the case where it was reported by Hamilton County Sheriff's Deputies in a sworn affidavit that nasty Joy Rolland spit in the face of Hamilton County Sheriff's Deputy Sonya Tollinger back on October 23, 2008.

Also revealed in court records, it appears filthy Joy has been ordered to by: "ENTRY COMPELLING DEFENDANT TO SUBMIT TO MEDICAL EXAMINATION FOR VENEREAL DISEASES PURSUANT TO SECTION 2907.27, R.C.".
A "MOTION FOR ORDER COMPELLING MEDICAL EXAMINATION FOR VENEREAL DISEASES". Both motions/orders dated November 6, 2008.
After "medical examination(s) for Venereal Diseases", filthy crazy Joy is then ordered to reappear before Judge Robert C. Winkler on November 25, 2008., at 9:00 A.M. courtroom 380 for "DNC/DISPOSITION SCHEDULING CON". I am not a lawyer but I would assume at that time the results will be in on whether or not filthy spit wielding Joy exposed Hamilton County Sheriff's Deputy Sonya Tollinger to any transmitted Venereal Diseases which most certainly includes HIV/AIDS.
Spitting in a person's face used to be just a "nasty filthy disgusting thing to do". Now due to the AIDS epidemic, spitting in some one's face has become a DEADLY WEAPON!
If stupid is found through medical testing/examination to have HIV/AIDS could the charges against her be upgraded to attempted murder?
As the charge(s) against her should have been when crazy Joy hit her son's father with her 3,000 lb.-plus car leaving him lying in the middle of Cass Street in broad daylight damn near dead yet clinging to life back in October 2006.! That attempted murder by crazy Joy of her baby's daddy was witnessed by her scared-to-death trembling yet accepting of her ALL daughter's criminal behaviour, Alma D. Rolland and crazy's young son.
What a traumatizing event it must certainly have been for the young lad to have witnessed his enraged vicious hate-filled mama mowing his loving daddy down in an attempt to take him straight up off the planet Earth right before his very eyes!
We pray for the complete mental restoration of Bro. Damion Finnell and Crazy Joy Rolland's young son. I'm sure Bro. Damion being the loving patient caring father that he is will have his work cut out for him deprogramming all that filth, abuse, lies and hatred that young boy has been exposed to all his life living in the custody of his crazed bi polar mammy. Congratulations to the Supporters Against Issue 8 Proportional Representaion!
The Black Fist 2008 Election Endorsements listed a forceful resounding NO to Proportional Representation, P.R. as it's commonly called.
Our old friend George "Junebug" Beatty told me a long time ago, "General, in politics there are no permanent friends and no permanent enemies. Always remember that!" I thank dear Junebug for his words of advice and wisdom.
That is why today I am able to thank all those who joined The Black Fist Organization in helping defeat issue 8. We may not have worked directly together, but so what! We separately yet collectively reached the same goal.
First, we'd like to thank the Co-Chair of the Cincinnati Democratic Party Bro. Freeman McNeal on his tireless effort to spread the truth about P.R. and for staying strong in the face of vicious personal attacks.
Also, We'd like to Thank: Cincinnati Mayor Mark L. Mallory, Cincinnati City council members LaKeta Cole, & Cecil Thomas, our old friend former Mayor Dwight Tillery, our good friend WDBZ 1230 AM talk show host Ken Anderson, The Cincinnati Democratic Committee, The members of the Protect All Your Votes committee, Bro. The voters of Cincinnati spoke loud and clear when in 2005 they choose NOT to re-elect Smitherman back to city council. The voters of Cincinnati spoke loud and clear yesterday when they chose NOT to vote for P.R., an issue put on the ballot and spearheaded by Christopher Smitherman.
Interestingly enough, it was stated in part today on 1230 AM WDBZ "The Lincoln Ware Show" by Smitherman that in the 2009 Cincinnati City council race, the incumbent candidates (as well as others who may file & run) must appear before the Cincinnati Branch of the NAACP at their long held 'Candidate's Night'. And they [the incumbents] will have to answer to the "leadership" of the NAACP and its membership as to why they did not support P.R. and the black community.
I wonder if the "leader" of the NAACP has ever taken his arrogant head out of the clouds long enough to ask himself: Maybe the voters of Cincinnati do support the NAACP as a whole, as a historical organization.....
