I found your blog by accident and just wanted to say hello. I hope you find what you're looking for. Personally, I hope that eventually words like black and white will only refer to colors of crayons and not people. I think it's a shame that there is so much tension between the races and I guess we all handle that tension in different ways. I hope that someday we can all see eye to eye.

I can only imagine what a hard time you've had these past few weeks. I feel your pain. Oba was rotten at the end of his life, he changed and became unfocused on the issues the 2 of you were known to fight for. Instead he became fixated on fighting against black people namely yourself and the others. I don't know why anybody with any common sense especialy those who listen to talk radio and read local blogs can't understand Mr. Beatty being pushed over the edge. I watched those cable access shows and I listened to talk radio like WAIF 88.3fm & WLW 700 and heard Kabaka & Joy flat out lie on you, Nate and the others. Kabaka shoulda been ashamed of himself to have sunk so low for a crazy mental case like Joy Rolland.
Kabaka's dead, Joy stil alive & you dear sister are left to whatever it is you are left too.
Stay strong Sister General you have alot of support out here you don't even know about. And alot of people knew what was going on and did nothing to try and stop it. I've been to Junebug's and it is a nice place. Both Mr. Beattys' are good people. Somebody better throw Joy in an insane asylum ASAP because if she's allowed to continue threatening people something bad might happen. And nobody wants any further bloodshed.
