14 YEAR OLD BLACK GIRL FOUND BURNED TO DEATH IN AVONDALE

14 year old Consonya "Sharee" Crawford and her grieving grandmother & guardian, Ms. Patricia Crawford.

Here's another tragic tale of a young black teen being reported missing to the Cincinnati police by her family, alledgedly the police not doing it's job in following up with the family--let alone actually finding the young girl. So now we turn on the all television stations & open the newspapers to find out she has been found.
Only problem is she's been found with a tire placed around her neck, burned from head-to-toe, body dumped and left in a park in the neighborhood of Avondale.

The first and foremost problem I have with this story is: The general public at large never knew this teenaged girl had been missing in the first place!

Where was the so-called "Amber Alert" for this young girl? I didn't see one on the television and didn't hear about one on the radio, did you? Could the fact be that the white-controlled establishment only ring the sounders for missing and kidnapped white children? Young Consonya "Sharee" Crawford is black. Translated: No Amber Alert, No Media Coverage & No "We interrupt our regularly scheduled program to bring you this breaking special report!" Naw, what we know we've gotten is a 14 year old black girl missing since May 4, 2006., and no one but her family, friends and the police knew about it!
That within itself is a damn crime! If we'd know maybe just maybe we, the public at large could've helped in some way.

We will never know now will we?

I remember some months back, maybe you do too, of the case where 2 white children who were just sitting in the backseat of a car while a caucasion man went into the main post office down on Dalton St. Some good ol' caucasion passerby saw those children sitting in the backseat of the car then looked again after he came out of the post office and they were no longer sitting there. This caucasion passerby sorta kinda thought maybe in a way those children had been kidnapped! So long story short this caucasion american called the "finest" of the Cincinnai police dept. to report what he "thought" was a crime in the form of a kidnapping and like lightening speed at the sound of light the police show up, yellow tape is placed all over the place, interviews and investigations are being conducted on the scene. And yes, dear readers, the AMBER ALERT was immediately sounded on television (breaking into regularly scheduled programming), radio and those white childrens' names plastered on every major interstate highway sign from here to California!

All to find out what? That those 2 white children where just playing in the back seat of their father's car and had pulled the backseat down and crawled into the trunk SAFE & UNHARMED!

I say all that to bring it back to these 2 facts of life: When white families call the police to report their children missing, the police in cooperation with the all types of media and highway patrol spring into action.
When black families call the police to report their children missing...they just STAY missing until Dr. O'dell Owens, Hamilton County Coroner is called to spring into action.

It's the truth. Don't get mad at me. I'm just the messenger.

Here's what The Cincinnati Enquirer online edition (finally) had to say about the now heinous crime committed against young Consonya "Sharee" Crawford that was reported missing 8 days ago & the public never knew about it. And whose decomposed charred remains was found yesterday burned to death & dumped like trash in an Avondale park:

AVONDALE - A burned body found here was identified Thursday as a 14-year-old girl who played basketball and wanted to be a doctor.

Consonya "Sharee" Crawford's grandmother and guardian reported her missing on May 4 and immediately called police when she heard a body was found Tuesday at the dead end of Blair Avenue.

"My baby was killed and burned," Patricia Crawford said. "I think that's the nastiest thing that could've happened to any human being."

Crawford tried to keep her composure as family and friends flooded her house to console her.

"I'm angry but I have a lot to do - all that can wait," she said. "I gotta bury my granddaughter, then I'll be seeking justice."

Crawford said Sharee left the house last Wednesday around 10:45 p.m. to go to her friend's house. She later headed to Blair Avenue to meet her boyfriend, Ra'Shaud Bowden, Crawford said.

She never saw him.

Bowden, 15, said he was talking to her on the phone around midnight when her phone cut out.

Crawford reported her missing the next day.

"Fourteen years she shared with me...she kept me at my best," Crawford said. "She was the one that kept the family together."

Sharee's brother, 8-year-old Jadon, sat on the porch and held his head in his hands, sobbing. He carried with him a framed photo of his sister.

The teenager's friends from school hugged and cried outside her house.

Diamond Wakefield had been friends with Sharee since the second grade.

"She was silly," the 16-year-old said, crying. "She was a funny person."

Friend Ra'Sheay Bowdon, sister of Ra'Shaud's, flipped her phone open and read a text message Sharee sent her weeks ago. "No matter how many ups and downs we have, I'm gon always be here," the message said.

Sharee attended Hoffman School, where she played basketball and made good grades. She would have attended Hughes Center's health program next fall, her family said.

Crawford wants justice. "No one should live that would burn a human body," she said.

The Hamilton County Coroner's office was examining the body to determine the cause of death.

The Cincinnati Police Homicide Unit was investigating. Anyone with information is asked to call the Criminal Investigations Section at (513) 352-3542 or Crime Stoppers at (513) 352-3040.

This is a tragic disgrace! Another life lost and for what? There are a lot of unanswered questions where in the days to come the family & the public should recieve more information on just what happened to this child.

MOST OF ROGER OWENSBYJR. SETTLEMENT WILL GO TO ATTORNEYS!

-Most of Roger Owensby Jr. Settlement Will Go To Attorneys-

There are new developments involving the multimillon dollar settlement over the death of Roger Owensby Junior.

Local 12 has learned most of the money will go to the attorneys, not Owensby's family.

Owensby died in November of 2000 while in police custody in Roselawn.

His family accused police of using excessive force and not providing timely medical care.

Last month, Cincinnati City Council agreed to settle the case for $6.5 million.

It was originally reported that about two-thirds of the money would go to the family.

However, Local 12 has obtained documents showing the settlement only gives $1.6 million.

The contract gives the firm represented the Owensby's, Helmer, Martins, Rice and Popham $4.1 million for attorney fees.

The settlement is expected to be paid before May 1st.

Here we go again. Another story of police brutality but this story has a twist. The victim of this savage beating is non other than a police officers own wife but the story is even more twisted and sick because not only was the victim an officer's wife (and by the way her sister is a police officer too) but the savagetry came by the hands of fellow white police officers!

NOPD Faces New Brutality Claim After White Officers Beat Black Cops's Wife By Mary Foster, Associated Press Thursday April 6, 2006.

NEW ORLEANS (AP) - New Orleans' police department, its image already suffering in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, is investigating new allegations of brutality: claims that three white officers beat up the wife of a black officer this week.

The probe comes less than a week after two former officers--both white--were indicted on felonies in the French Quarter beating of a black retired teacher, violence caught by an Associated Press news crew covering the storm's aftermath in October. Two FBI agents seen helping to restrain the man were cleared of wrongdoing Wednesday, the bureau said.

On Wednesday, Jonie Pratt had a black eye, a swollen forehead and a brace on her fractured left wrist. Pratt's mother-in-law, Dulcie Scott, said the injuries were inflicted after police pulled Pratt over, claiming she ran a stop sign.

Pratt is the wife of Desmond Pratt, a 10-year veteran of the police department, and sister of officer Nancy Parker, a three-year member of the force.

"It's my understanding that one of the officers spoke the word 'black' during the incident," said Lt. Simon Hargrove, president of the Black Organization of Police. "Why would a person do that if race wasn't involved?"

The police department said in a statement Wednesday that it is investigating and that the officers have been reassigned in the meantime. Their names were not released.

The local NAACP is calling for a federal investigation. "We have a problem with this kind of thing that went back before Katrina," said Danatus King, president of the New Orleans chapter.

The FBI said it is conducting a preliminary inquiry to determine whether the case warrants further investigations.

Pratt was charged with flight from an officer, battery, resisting arrest, running a stop sign and making an illegal turn.

The Pratt's refused to discuss the matter, but Scott said Pratt was returning from visiting her sick father in Baton Rouge early Tuesday when police said she ran a stop sign about two blocks from her house. The woman drove to her house in a middle-class area of the city before pulling over.

"I saw an officer pull Jonie out of her car by her hair," said Scott, who was baby-sitting her grandchildren at the couple's house. "He was swearing at her and pounding her into the car. I said, "Stop that, that's Officer Pratt's wife."

Scott said the officer twisted Pratt's arm behind her and sprayed her with mace in her face. She said that two more white officers arrived and that the three shoved the 5-foot-2 Pratt to the ground and knelt on her back, and an officer kicked her in the head.

The white officers refused to believe that Pratt, a schoolteacher on leave since Katrina, lived in the house she claimed was hers, Scott said. "It's a nice area, and I think they meant a black family wouldn't live there," Scott said.

Pratt was released from the handcuffs after several black officers showed up, Scott said. "It turned into this real black-white situation between police," Scott said. "All the white officers on one side, the black officers on the other."

In Katrina's aftermath, New Orleans police officers were accused of abandoning their post, stealing cars and looting stores.

What the F@#* is going on in New Orleans?!? White cops beating the hell outta fellow black cops' wife?!? An Elder black man (the retired schoolteacher who was beaten half to death in the French Quarter back in October 2005, as mentioned above) beaten half to death a couple of months ago by New Orleans pigs who claimed he was drunk and disorderly when the man proved he wasn't disorderly and proclaimed he hadn't had a drink in over 25 years with his family and friends all vouching to it! All caught on tape! Even the white news crew that filmed that savage beating were yelling while filming, "He didn't do anything, Hey man, he didn't even do anything!"

We hope & pray the Feds go to New Orleans ASAP and do a real investigation and bust some white police ass down there. Police Brutality is still running rampant throughout these United States of AmeriKKKa as it has in this city. White folks don't want to believe it's happening but are they suppose too? It's not happening to them or theirs. So black people need to stop worrying themselves sick over what the whiteman thinks and defend yourselves by any means necessary! We mean, on the real-- Self-Defense can and should be used on rouge, dogmatic, ungodly pigs whenever and wherever the life of the black man, the black woman & the black child is in jeopardy!!! Moral of the story: New Orleans Mayor, the blackman, Ray Nagan had better get his ass in gear and get some kind of control over his dogmatic police force while he's all over the place making heavy powerful statements that are all true then bitching up and getting scare when the whiteman says, "Boy we don't like you saying that!" Then he goes and apologizes for the comments he and every other "conscience black person on the planet know is the absolute truth! Get it together Ray, and get it together fast man!!!

Seems like George W. Bush isn't the only one who speaks out of both sides of his lying neck. The funniest thing I heard on yestesday was a local channel 12 news reporter mention "The Black Fist" was at a Timothy Thomas memorial calling for an end to black-on-black crime.

Huh?!?

Why is that so funny? Because it was not this organization at that memorial, it was a splinter group of two that's been on low-end FM radio, public access TV, Hamilton County Commissioners & Cincinnati City Council meetings proclaiming to the whiteman (while marching around for dead white women) that the two of them "Don't deal with black-on-black crime, only police brutality."

We believe over here at The Black Fist Blog that the hypocrisy, the lies and the fantasies have run so deep with those two that from day-to-day, night-to-night even they themselves don't remember what the fuck they're saying anymore. But we find it strange that when General Nikki X comes out publicly with the truth about The "Real Black Fist" agenda & our annual Stop The Black-on-Black Violence Protest, I was called a liar. The black community has a long memory on what's what & whose who. So that pitiful attempt was just that. A pitiful attempt.

In setting the record straight (again): The two man/she-man splinter group is now trying to take what work we have been consistantly doing over here and getting in the media decieving them and the public about things they have stated publicly they don't care about.

5 YEARS LATER...REMEMBERING BRO. TIMOTHY THOMAS! ---This is an reposting of my March 2o, 2005. Blog-- April 7, 2001. A young 19 -year-old teenager was brutally gunned down in a dirty back alley in the Over-The-Rhine area of Cincinnati. His name was Timothy Thomas. This young man was to become the 15th in a long line of unarmed black men being shot and killed by The Cincinnati Police in a 5 years time span. We must always remember our brother Timothy Thomas who was being harrassed by police for having a couple of unpaid parking tickets. He was aware of the Cincinnati police and their racial bias/profiling against blacks, being the victim of it himself from time to time. Cincinnati Police Officer Steven Roach murdered our brother and spent not a day in jail for his henious crime! Steven Roach is no longer with the CPD, he is currently harrassing and (probably) brutalizing blacks in the city of Evendale, where he was transfered following the unrest in 2001. The Black Fist calls what happened in April 2001, an "unrest" because in our opinions, A Riot is leaving racist white bodies lay bleeding and or dead in the streets. And that did not happen. A few hotdog stands were overturned, some garbage cans were set on fire and one white man got beat up and pulled from his delivery truck being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Let us never forget Bro. Timothy Thomas who left behind a mother, siblings, a woman who loved him and (at the time of his death) a 4 month old baby boy, a whole host of friends and a strong united black community that rallied and spoke out against his murder and fought hard to see Steven Roach imprisoned for his crime! The Black Fist stood front row center, as we did in the Owensby case to speak out , protest, go to City Hall, the Hamilton County Commissioners and hold annual rallies on Fountain Square to keep the memory of Timothy Thomas alive and to bring light to the ugly darkness of Police Brutality! MALLORY SAYS: SIGNING NEW WEED LAW IS "WASTE OF INK!"

Cincinnati Mayor Mark Mallory this week refused to sign the city's new marijuana law that carries with it a 30-day jail term for possession & a repeat offense carrying a possible six-month term.

Here's what was written in this week's edition of City Beat magazine about Mallory's (in)decision.

MALLORY LOOKS THE OTHER WAY

Mayor Mark Mallory took the passive-aggressive approach to legislation with the city's new law carrying a 30-day jail term for possession of marijuana; a repeat offense a possible six-month term. recognizing a bad law when he sees one, Mallory declined to sign the ordinance, passed 6-2 by city council, allowing it to become law without his approval.

He refused to veto the bill, however saying to do so would be a "waste of ink," given the size of the majority that supported it. Mallory knows better than that: A veto would have extended the debate and allowed him to try to change council's decision.

Last year Mallory supported a medical marijuana bill in the Ohio Senate. But looked the other way while the new city ordinance passed, he showed how deep his convictions on this issue run. If you're a cancer patient in Cincinnati and smoke pot to relieve your pain, you can go to jail for it, and Mallory did nothing to stop it.

What in the devil is going on at City Hall? This is another Screamin' Cecil Thomas production. All Cecil is doing in our opinion is gearing up for his bid for re-election in 2007. No more no less. By introducing this dumb ass proposal to bust the asses of pot smokers in this city he is attempting to do the 3 things he knows he's going to need to get his own ass back on council in November 2007. It ain't hard to figure out but pay attention anyway....

1. Pacify The White Folks: Meaning that when he's parading around in the white community doing his re-election rounds, and by then everybody busted in jailed will be black folks your man Cecil can proudly stand before the white folks and say, "Look what I did, I got all those big black knee-grows off the streets, y'all gonna be safe now, I promise!"
2. Pacify The White Folks Again: Meaning that when he's standing with Streicher, Janke, Westwood Concern (another 2 or 3 person run Cincinnati splinter group, only white) and new potential white voters, it will look good for him as he's skinning and grinning to reinterate, "I fought hard to rid the streets of the scourge of drug and the big bad black animals who are selling them!" 3. Pacify The White Folks...One Mo' Time: Cecil Thomas will constantly repeat the mantra: "I fought against crime, drugs, supported the police and I will continue to do the same if you vote for me!" (insert the same big toothy grin & same buckdancing demeanor)

Cincinnati City Councilman Cecil Thomas will brought this silly weed ordinance to the council and Mallory "looked the other way." The Black Fist has always said, "Even if the vote will go down in favor (or against) whatever the issues, we expect members of council and or the Mayor to step up to the plate and state their position and vote accordingly.

Is it right to NOT say anything at all on council when you know a ordinance or vote is coming up that will further oppress and further brutalize black people and push for more racial profiling, especially if you are a black member of council? Or the black mayor?

If Cecil Thomas, who by the way is the chairman of the Law & Public Safety committee, really wanted to show what he's made of regarding "law & order," Then we believe he should be dealing with the skyrocket murder rate, the rolling meth labs, the trafficking of crack cocaine and the illegal sell of guns being brought into Cincinnati by out of town white folks. But No, that's too hard. Councilman and cop for life Cecil Thomas picked the great big out of control problem of marijuana.

The jails are overcrowded as it is but let's thrown black people in jail for weed?!? And believe me "black" people will be the ones to go down under this law. Blacks in Cincinnati are always the ones to suffer the most in this city. Cecil Thomas knows this and Mark Mallory has been told this.

Mayor Mark Mallory should've vetoed that ordinance. Period.

I've never smoked weed and don't care to try it but right is right & wrong is wrong. The new weed law is 100% wrong!

And on this issue so is Mayor Mark Mallory.

BILL COSBY BACK TO BREAK THE BOYCOTT...?

On April 13th, Comedian Bill Cosby is coming to the City of Cincinnati. Four years after canceling two apperances downtown at the request of the groups who organized the economic boycott and sanctions on travel and tourism on the City of Cincinnati. The Black Fist supported those actions then and still supports that action today.

The following is from The Cincinnati Enquirer article written by Joe Wessels about Mr. Cosby's return:

Four years after canceling two performances downtown, comedian Bill Cosby will return to Cincinnati next week.

Cosby's apperance April 13 at Xavier University's Cintas Center will not be his usual comic fare. Instead, he will moderate sessions aimed at creating dialogue on how to make the community better.

Cosby's nationwide "Call Out" campaign to spark community discussion is split into two sessions. One at 4 p.m. will be directed at foster parents and their children and grandparents raising children.


A second at 7 p.m. will feature inspirational testimonials from local community members, nonimated by local organizations interviewed by staff of Cosby's charity, said former Cincinnati Mayor Dwight Tillery, president and chief executive officer of the Center for Closing the Health Gap in Greater Cincinnati and an organization of the event.


Both sessions are free and open to the public.


Organizers of a boycott launched in 2002, a year after rioting rocked the city following the shooting of an unarmed black teen by police in Over-The-Rhine, claimed Cosby canceled his show because of request from their group.

Bottom Line: Today, On this fifth anniversary of the heinous murder of unarmed black teen, Timothy Thomas by then Cincinnati Police Officer Stephen Roach. There is still a economic boycott and sanction on travel and tourism placed on the City of Cincinnati. Mr. Bill Cosby, his reasons for coming here, good, bad or indifferent should not take away from the fact that there is a legitimate boycott taking place in this city and he should rethink his position and not come to Cincinnati at this present time. He should honor the boycott as he did in 2002, and cancel this date as well.
Fomer Cincinnati Mayor Dwight Tillery knows better. He lives here. He listens to talk radio and the complaints of black people in this city, whether it be economic injustices toward black people or racial profiling/murder of black people by Cincinnati Police. He knows the problems facing black Cincinnatians in general. And he has never supported the boycott. I personally like Dwight Tillery. We know each other and have friendly conversations whenever & wherever we meet. But Mr. Tillery also knows this is not about 'personal feelings' this is about a boycott based on police brutality/police unjustifiable murders that not 1 police officers to date has gone to prison for. So that's that in a nutshell.

With all due respect to you Mr. Cosby, Please stay home. Do not come to the City of Cincinnati at this time. Honor the boycott and economic sanctions on travel and tourism placed on this city by the same organization who contacted you the first time, which in turn you, sir, found worthy enough to abide by in 2002. As in this past mayoral race where then Senator Mark Mallory proudly received The Black Fist endorsement in September 05 and went on to win the mayors race in November 05. General Nikki X on behalf of The Black Fist will be endorsing a candidate for this upcoming Hamilton County Commissioners race.

We have two individuals running in the primary election on May 2, 2006. We have Stephanie Dumas and the other guy. All we need to be concerned with is the former Mayor of Forest Park, the more experienced and highly qualified candidate who has the best interest of all in the county of Hamilton including black people and that is Stephanie Dumas.

So today on April 7, 2006, on behalf of The Black Fist, General Nikki X is proud and honored to give the endorsement for Hamilton County Commissioner to Stephanie Dumas.

We believe Mrs. Dumas is the only choice to hold an office of this magnitude. The other guy who lost to now Mayor Mark Mallory and who subsequently lost his seat on Cincinnati City Council is a habitual political failure and nothing more than a little rich crybaby who has no other interest in running for political offices other than to make his ultra-rich daddy proud, make the rich richer and vote against everything beneficial to the Black man and Black woman of Hamilton County and The City of Cincinnati.

With US being the savage unlawful ungodly "police-hating" knee-grows of Cincinnati.

Peter Bronson's book is 100% grade A bullshit and not worth a third of the $15.00 asking price! Knowing we are in Babylon the land of confusion: Where right is wrong & wrong is right, Down is up & up is down. The Black Fist pose the following question to its readership: What can a concerned person do when they know another person is having a very public 100% complete emotional & psychological mental breakdown?

Should they:

1. With extreme caution approach the mentally ill person and try to reason with them in the hopes there's something still there to reason with?
2. Reach out to the family of the sick individual and inform them of the danger their loved one is causing to themselves & the public at large?
3. Place a call to the proper authorities (Cincinnati Police Department) and make them aware that a sociopathic/mentally deranged person is on the rampage, terrorizing innocent people with absolutely no end in sight?
4. Contact the proper authorities (241-KIDS/Hamilton County Department of Jobs & Family Services a.k.a. The Welfare) on behalf of the innocent offspring (son or daughter) of the sociopath? What if hurt, harm or danger comes to the child from the hand or circumstances of the psychopathic parent because they are 100% out of touch with reality and the general public at large knew of this sickness and did nothing?
5. Take it upon yourself to beat the shit out of that person until they've had enough and the victim(s) know they will no longer be attacked and/or victimized by the psychopathic/mentally deranged stalker?

Faithful readers of "The Black Fist Blog," you decide. What would be in the best interest of the community at large when dealing with a deranged stalking psychopathic manic? We are taking all reasonable suggestions and comments under consideration due to the seriousness and the safety of us all.

Believe me this post right here won't be long at all. There's a campaign to get black folks and others to snitch on each other in this country. Black folks are all we are dealing with here on this site. And it's not complicated at all.

When Cincinnati Police Officers start snitching on one another when they know a "fellow officer" has unjustifiably murdered an unarmed black person then maybe just maybe black people will start to do the same.

Break down that "blue wall of silence" Cincinnati police officers and expose low-down dirty rotten rogue police that out here on the streets of Cincinnati brutalizing, terrorizing and profiling black people. Show us how it's done. You be the first examples. You "fine officers," men and women in blue stop protecting and lying under oath to save the blue skin of your co-workers and step on up to the plate in the name of justice, equality and fairness.

VH-1 SAVES THE MUSIC I found this story hopeful and refreshing. This come straight from The Cincinnati Post online newspaper, Post staff report: Officials from Time-Warner Cable and cable channel VH1 will be at Robert Paideria Academy in Price Hill today to present Cincinnati Public Schools with a check for $300,000 for new music equiptment. The program is part of VH1's Save the Music Foundation, which donates instruments and equiptment to schools lacking them. Many schools in times of budget crunching consider music programs non-essential. The event begins at the school at 1700 Grand Ave. at 10:30. Guest will include U.S. Congressman John Boehner. CPS Superintendent Rosa Blackwell and representatives from Time-Warner and VH1 also will be on hand. The equiptment will go to 12 schools in CPS. The program began in 1999. --Story ends here-- I think that's great. As a singer myself from the age of 7, who sang throughout my school years then traveled to Los Angeles, California and Chicago, Illinois to sing and perform, I can surely appreciate the world of Fine Arts. And music is fundamental to the growth and development of a young persons' life. As well as a young persons' self-esteem and view of his or her self-worth and the world around them. My hope is that black children -via- their particular schools find some of those VH1 dollars and continue on the path of music, theatrical performing, the learning of various instruments, writing music and the wide open world of the Fine Arts itself. Whenever I find a story such as this one I am compelled to bring it to you for music and the creation of sound is ingrained in my blood and it is what keeps me going from day to day. CITY COUNCIL TO OK OWENSBY SETLLEMENT: GHIZ WHINING AS USUAL The proposed $6.5 million settlement between the City of Cincinnati and the family of Roger Owensby Jr. who, in the opinion of The Black Fist and the Black community was murdered while in police custody will be approved by Cincinnati City Council on March 29, 2006. As reported in the devil's online newspaper The Cincinnati Enquirer, the settlement would send $4 million to the Owensby family and $2 million to the Owensby's attorneys. Republican Cincinnati City Council woman Leslie Ghiz said, "Yeah, I'll vote for it, the attorneys fees are outrageous. They're fleecing the city." "Fleecing the city?" What a typical response from a one, Leslie Ghiz. No, Leslie, the only peple who have been "fleecing" the city is ex-mayor & political failure Charles "Charlie" John Luken, ex-Cincinnati City manager & Condaleeza Rice clone, Valerie A. Lemmie and Cincinnati City Solicitor Julia LaRita McNeil! Those three people have blocked, held up, stalled and fought like the (pardon the pun) devil in this case in the name of protecting their most precious employees, The Cincinnati Police Department. Whereas it has taken all of damn near 6 years and a couple of days before a now called-off Federal Court Trial to be resolved. And in the opinion of The Black Fist and the Black community resolution could only have been attained by murdering police officers Jorg and Caton imprisoned for life. And all that were involved, 7 other accomplicing police officers and the police officers involved from the City of Gulf Manor in prison along with them! Leslie Ghiz, Republican Council woman just ought to be glad that $6.5 million is ALL the city of Cincinnati will pay out for this heinous evil wicked murder instead of whining, crying and (nasal-toning, uuuggghhh, I can hear her voice in my head) bitching in the media about anything! OK Leslie? Gulf Manor Police were also sued (its police officers accused of failing to give adequate medical care), but reached a separate $1 million settlement.
