"GENERAL NIKKI X'S OPEN LETTER OF SINCERE GRATITUDE"! I would like to start off by expressing my utmost sincere & humble appreciation for all of the Sista-ly & Brotha-ly love & support I've recieved over the last few months. I do my best to always conduct myself with the utmost honesty, sincerity, respectabilty, humility and nobility with a sense of head held high at all times dignified Black womanhood. No matter my locale, no matter who I happen to be speaking with at the time. General Nikki X stays the same. I have expressed time and time again on this very blog my hopes for "Unity", "Peace" and "Blessings" for the Black race, as a whole. I don't want to ever misrepresent myself, this blog or the organization for which I co-founded and have been a member of even before it was re-named "The Black Fist", formerly known as "The Black Special Forces". I want to "Thank" everyone who emailed, telephoned, and reached out to me, those Brothas & Sistas on the streets, those who gave me "shout outs" on talk radio programs and posted positive encouraging comments on this blog and other blogs to say they appreciated my consistancy and all the hard "unpaid" work I have put in on behalf of Black people in the City of Cincinnati for the last 5 years, in my official capacity as, "Head of Security" and "Head of Telecommunications". It is an honor to come into contact and meet new people and have them remind me of some of the things I may have said on different talk radio shows or on the frontline while protesting against "Police Brutality" and "Injustice" toward Blacks. I want to say "Thank You" for all of your support and words of encouragement during these days of "Black-on-Black" "Disunity", "Falsehood", "Lies", "Deception" and flat-out "Misrepresentation of Black Militant" history. I understand fully what is being played out here. It is historic. It is in all of our Black history books, in any and all available libraries. And it is so old hat and (based on Black History) quite frankly, "Predictable". To all of the faithful readers of "The Black Fist Blog", I will continue to take the stance of "Unity amongst Black Folk" and I will continue to be active in the community and fight against: 1. Police Brutality 2. Against The Klu Klux Klan, if and when they ever decide to rear their ugly hooded heads once more in this city. ~AND~ 3. Assist in any way I can in, "Reuniting The Black Man & The Black Woman for a Strong Black family". Those are the 3 main principles "The Black Fist" was founded on and that is what I have always fought against and for. And I will "CONTINUE" to work toward those 3 main principles today and on into the future. VICE-MAYOR JIM TARBELL

"MAYOR-ELECT MALLORY APPOINTS JIM TARBELL THE NEW VICE-MAYOR OF CINCINNATI".....

The New Vice-Mayor of The City of Cincinnati under the new Mallory Administration is Charterite and "term-limited" Councilman James "Jim" Tarbell.
Announced today at 2:00pm by Mayor-Elect Mark L. Mallory, Jim Tarbell becomes the 40th Vice-Mayor of The City of Cincinnati.
I've heard Vice-Mayor Tarbell wasn't present or unfashionably late to recieve his "appointment". I've also heard they are currently at City Hall chambers awaiting the "arrival" of the new Vice-Mayor.

What could be the hold up? Why would'nt Jim Tarbell already be at City Hall? What happened? He lives right Downtown and a couple of blocks from City Hall, "Did his bicycle get a flat"? He is on "The Law & Public Safety Committee" which convenes every other Tuesday, this being one of the Tuesdays. (???)

Hey I'm just asking the questions. Let us know here at "The Black Fist Blog" what you think of Mayor-Elect Mallory's selection of Councilman Jim Tarbell for Vice-Mayor of Cincinnati, after all he will be Mallory's 2nd in command. Was it a "Good" selection ~OR~ a "Not so Good" selection?

James "Jim" Tarbell replaces outgoing Councilwoman and Vice-Mayor Alicia Reece who lost her seat on Council when she ran for Mayor and lost in the September 13th Primary. Alicia Reece took office in 1999 and was "appointed" Vice-Mayor in 2003.
Alicia Reece leaves Council on December 1, 2005. When the new Mayor-Elect and Council are officially sworn in.
Jim Tarbell's term on Council by "term-limits" end in 2007. Jim Tarbell has been on Cincinnati City Council since 1998.

Black Fist sources tell me Councilwoman LaKeta Cole is 100% pissed off!!! My sources also tell me Ms. Cole believed she OWNED & was "OWED" that Vice-Mayorship position. I have heard Ms. Cole on a black talk radio station bemoaning those very same sentiments along with touting her credendials. She even went so far as to say she "supported" Mark Mallory's race for Mayor...."BEHIND THE SCENES" although made up some flimsy excuse (that even I can't remember) as to why she DID NOT support Mark Mallory in the public. Huh? That word "Behind the scenes", just keeps popping up (???)

Oh well LaKeta, you win some -- you lose some.

As well as the naming of the new City Manager.

INQUIRING MINDS ASK COACH MALLORY

"WHO WILL BE COACH MALLORY'S 1ST DRAFT PICK"?

Cincinnati's new Mayor-Elect Mark L. Mallory will be officially sworn in on Thursday December 1st. And we here at The Black Fist wish him well as he settles into City Hall and transitions his "new" administration into their official duties. Lord knows he has his job cut out for him cleaning up the tremendous mess left behind by outgoing Mayor Charles "Charlie" John Luken. (See Blog Entry: "Don't Let The Doorknob Hit Cha'" for my farewell thoughts on that lame duck idiot)

But the question that weights on the minds of Black Cincinnati is a very important one: "Who will be [Coach] Mallory's 1st draft pick"? In other words "Who will be The Vice-Mayor in the new Mallory Administration"?
Personally, I have not a clue. I have heard some names being thrown out and tossed around such as Council woman Laketa Cole, Council man John Cranley, Council man David Crowley, newly-elected Council woman Leslie Ghiz and even term-limited Council man Jim Tarbell.
So what do you think?

I don't think any of the people whose names I've heard tossed around are in any way strong choices for Vice-Mayor. Some say Council woman LaKeta Cole would be the most likely choice, for whatever reason. I won't speculate on that.
I will offer my opinion as to say we DO NOT need another Vice-Mayor with any type of Alicia Reece-isms.
Those of you who read "The Black Fist Blog" know what those "isms" are!

REMEMBERING MAYOR CHARLES "CHARLIE" JOHN LUKEN! As Thursday December 1, 2005. Quickly approaches and a "newly elected" & "Black Fist Endorsed" Mayor by the name of Mark L. Mallory is officially sworn in and takes office. We hear at "The Black Fist" thought we'd take a moment or two to reflect and remember the tenure of outgoing Cincinnati Mayor Charles "Charlie" John Luken.... OK, that moment is up!!! Charlie Luken was one of, if not the WORSE Cincinnati Mayor of all time! His racial hatred toward Black folks was out front and in the open! He did nothing to enhance the quaility of life in The City of Cincinnati for Black and poor people. He allowed his Police Officers to kill "unarmed" Black Men "unjustifiably" without any of them recieving a day in prison! He supported whatever The Cincinnati Police Department and its brass wanted/demanded. No questions asked. He did nothing to meet the demands and end "The Boycott" which is still ONGOING to this day! KILLER COP BACK ON THE FORCE

KILLER COP PATRICK CATON BACK ON THE FORCE!
This is sad sad sad day in the city of Cincinnati, once again. Cincinnati Police Officer Patrick Caton is back on The Cincinnati Police Force.
Patrick Caton was one of several officers involved in the brutal vicious wicked "unjustifiable" heinous death of the Black man, Roger Owensby Jr. back on November 7, 2000. At a Sunoco service station in Bond Hill directly across the street from Integrity Hall, the family business of the outgoing (thank God) "Vice-Mayor of Cincinnati" Alicia Reece. Patrick Caton Beat Roger Owensby Jr. after he was choked to death by Cincinnati Police Officer Robert "Blaine" Jorg.

Owensby was already dead when Caton proceeded to beat him.

Please bear in mind: Mr. Roger Owensby Jr. had NO WARRANTS AT THE TIME HE WAS STOPPED by Officers Jorg and Caton & He had COMMITTED NO CRIME AT THE TIME HE WAS STOPPED by Officer Jorg and Caton!

In court records it was stated by witnesses in Jorg's trial: "We didn't see Jorg choking Owensby to death because we were watching Caton beat him to death. -AND- In Caton's court trial it was stated by witnesses: "We didn't see Caton beating Owensby to death because we were watching Jorg choke him to death".
Both trials were going on, On the same day, At the same time, In the same Hamilton County Courthouse.
Prosecuted by No-good lying ass known sex fiend & Now tossed out of the prosecutors' office on his ear, Mike Allen.

As of today November 23, 2005. 5 years and 16 days after the murder of Gulf War Military Veteran Mr. Roger Owensby Jr.,
NO POLICE OFFICER INVOLVED IN THE UNJUSTIFIABLE DEATH OF ROGER OWENSBY JR. HAS GONE TO PRISON FOR HIS "MURDER".

The Black Fist as an organization has supported The Family of Roger Owensby and we will continue that support.
The City of Cincinnati has fought hard against The family of Roger Owensby Jr.& his Estate. And we don't expect that to change.

BITCHING ABOUT BONDS

"WILL THE CRYING EVER END"? PT. 2
A man accused of kidnapping & killing his 19 month old baby daughter last month in Over-The-Rhine has been sentenced to a Columbus mental health hospital for observation. Darius Myrick, 32, a black man, who is facing aggravated murder charges that carry a possible "death sentence" is refusing to cooperate with psychologists evaluating whether he is competent to stand trial, Judge Robert Ruehlman said. In the opinion of "The Black Fist" and others in The Black Community, The crime Darius Myrick is accused of are heinous and dispictable.
The Black man, Darius Myrick on October 8, 2005, received a high "$1,000,000 CASH ONLY" bond from Judge Kendal Coes, another Black man.
Myrick is scheduled to be back in court on December 16, 2005.

Another Black man by the name of Nashid Muhammad, 29 from Evanston is accused of fatally shooting Ronnie Rose, another Black man on Labor Day after the two had an argument at a gas station. Former Hamilton County Prosecutor, Attorney at Law and Disgraced & Shamed Sex Fiend Mike Allen has teamed up with Former Hamilton County Judge & Attorney at Law Leslie Isaiah "Call me if you need me" Gaines Jr. to defend this black man on these [alledged] heinous charges. The Judge assigned this case is Hamilton County Common Pleas Court Judge Melba Marsh after Municiple Court Judge Lisa Allen and wife of the defendants' Attorney Mike Allen set a "$500,000 CASH ONLY" bond. Judge Marsh reset Muhammad's bond to $500,000 bond with a possibility of posting property or bonds worth that amount, but specified that paying 10 percent of the bond was NOT an option.
In light of the appellate case, Judge Marsh left bond at $500,000 but Muhammad could post 10 percent -OR- $50,000 in cash or property.
The Black man Nashid Muhammad is still in The Hamilton County Justice Center.

The Ohio Supreme Court ruled in October 2005. that "Cash Only" bonds were unconstitutional. So assigning high "Cash Only" bonds can no longer be done in The State of Ohio.
And for the record, We in "The Black Fist" feel that is a good thing.

I wanted to point out these few cases that show issuing high "Cash Only" bonds is absolutely nothing new when (Black Folks) get caught up in this wicked racist judical system.
We in "The Black Fist" have always advocated that our [Black] people steer clear of the whiteman's devilish caged hellholes and his racist courtrooms when and if at all possible. "The Black Fist" has always stood strong and defended the idea of abiding by this devil's system until we can get the hell out of this country and we were not talking no "Back to Africa" bullshit because no one in "The Black Fist" is from Africa (originally) nor has any member ever been there so before we get some dumbass assinine comments like the ones I will delete about "y'all need to go back to Africa" and silly bullshit of the sort, I'm just letting you know upfront..."We don't wanna hear it"! This entry is serious business not to be played with by white Klu Klux Klan thinking racist &/or wanna-be johnny-come-lately so-called self-proclaimed activist haters who have no knowledge of "Black Fist" history and/or mission statements made by "The Black Fist" but ONLY what they are now being RE-SOLD & TOLD in 2005.

The moral and point of this highly informative entry is to finally put to bed the whining, the crying, the bitching, the pleading of "causes" and the finger pointing at certain BLACK local Attorneys & certain BLACK local Judges. Funny how the WHITE local Attorneys and the WHITE local Judges in this racist City called Sinsinnati ARE NOT being villified by certain members of the Black Community and those in the Black Community who are just miserable, lonely & pathetic with too much fuckin' time on their "evil" hands. But some of these same people will go all the way out of their way to attack "ONLY" BLACK folks & BLACK OFFICERS OF THE COURT in the so-called name of "Justice, Free Speech and Exoneration".

It's pitiful how something as serious as being in front of the whitemans' judical system having to spend excessive amounts of money, possibly losing ones freedom & facing prison time is being used so viciously and so self-servingly by one who "professes" to only want to "help" the person facing the situtation I spelled out above! (See Blog Entry: "Unity~Does It Truly Exist for The Black Community" for more information on just how "sick & deceptive" our people can be and most times under the guise of "only wanting to help" their "fellow [Black] man"!)

The moral of this blog entry is: That it is NOT uncommon for Black men & Black women to receive high out the ass bonds for [alledged] crimes they are accused of committing in Hamilton County. And when the [alledged] crime was committed on a repeat basis ONLY 4 or 5 days after the first [alledged] crime was committed then when the person involved in the [alledged] crime stand in front of the whiteman or in this case The Big Black man [Judge] and got slapped with a "$250,000 CASH ONLY" bond then my question to the highly intelligent readers of "The Black Fist Blog" and anyone else who "monitors & prints out ALL my blogs even before they're cold off the press" is this...

1. "Why is there so much bitchin' & cryin' about an Ex-member of "The Black Fist" receiving a high "Cash Only" bond from a Black Judge"? -AND- 2. "Why isn't there anyone in the Black Community (to my knowledge) bitch' & cryin' about the high "Cash Only" bonds in the 2 above mentioned cases that those BLACK men received from Judges in the same damn wicked racist Hamilton County Courthouse"?

I'm sure even the "EX-Black Fist member" who is currently facing prison time will agree with General Nikki X as he's ALWAYS done in the past, that the WHITEMAN'S JUDICAL SYSTEM is no place for "The Black Man & The Black Woman"! And that we in "The Black Nation" are to "By Any Means Necessary" steer clear of their "White Racist" dungeons! There's no amount of "Fairplay" or "Judical Equality" being doled out to our people from The Hamilton County Justice System.

So, If we are going to call in on local Talk Radio Shows (black and white)"cryin' & whining" about one (1) Black person getting a high ass bond~Then let's be fair across the board and "cry & whine" about ALL Black Men facing the same or even HIGH-ER high ass bonds.....

As I sit hear listening to a broadcast of "Tracie Live" with host Tracie Hunter and her guest Jim Clingman on WCVG 1320am "The Gospel" live on location at "The Brighter Day Bookstore", I can not help but to think how far so-called ex-councilman, sometime "Rev.", sometime Civil Rights Commission worker, sometime friend of the black community and ALL the time friend of the whiteman & his dirty money Charlie Winburn has sank into his own personal filthy abyss of deception & deceit! And Charlie (who just popped up outta nowhere to make "himself" a guest on this radio show) talk about Mayor-Elect Mark Mallory and his "campaign" and this whole previous election cycle. Listening to Winburn speak about how he supported Mark Mallory and then go into his "Politician/Christian thing" makes me-- quite frankly wanna vomit all over this radio & computer screen!!!! Charles "Charlie" Winburn went out of his way after running a failing campaign himself for Mayor, he lost in the September 13th primary where the winners of that primary were Ex-councilmember David Pepper & Mayor-Elect Mark Mallory where out of that we now have Mark Mallory as the new Mayor-Elect. Charlie went out of way every chance he got to sabotage the campaign of Mark Mallory, even going so far as to [allegedly] take money from the [David]Pepper campaign to write negative articles about an organization who endorsed Mark Mallory such as "The Black Fist" and was also [allegedly] paid big bucks to jump on talk radio shows around this city (black & white shows) to disparage "The Black Fist" and in turn subliminally going against Mark Mallory. You can not say you are for something then turn around and every word out of your mouth is AGAINST what you are saying you're for. Why would Charlie do that? Maybe Charlie sold his soul to the devil himself to get out of a $200,000 debt he acquired during his failed race-baiting Mayoral campaign. I mean somebody had to pay for Charlie's "spooky scary tha colors are coming to getcha" commercials, remember those? I'll never forget 'em. I'm still having nightmares. This is what Charlie Winburn is doing now. He is on "The Gospel" lying his black ass off. I have to make it plain as Bro. Min. Malcolm X taught us to do. Charlie is on "The Gospel" pretending he is an innocent of all the negativity and viciousness Mark Mallory suffered and could've been harmed by during his campaign for Mayor. I just thank The Creator, the people saw through Charlie's wickedness and beleive you me he wasn't working alone. If you didn't you missed the funniest thing I've heard in a very long time. So funny I had to laugh out loud long after the caller was formally "dismissed ON-AIR" by our dear Bro. Lawson! I will only say that if you missed it, then in the eternal words of "Major General Min. Abdul Muhammad Ali", you missed "A Classic"!
I am extremely proud of "The high road" The Lawdog, Ken Lawson, esq. took with a certain caller whom he knew right off the top really meant him NO good whatsoever. And I want to commend him on his "class, forthrightness, honesty & tack" in dealing with that particular caller.

Our dear Brotha Eric Kearney,42 is a newspaper publisher and lawyer from right here in Cincinnati. State Senator Kearney came out of nowhere and jumped right over top of some very well established and some less established shady wanna-be career politicians to be appointed by The Democratic Party to the seat that was vacated by 10 year term limited (Come December 2006) now Cincinnati Mayor-Elect Mark Mallory, who is officially sworn in on December 1, 2005 at 801 Plum St. City Hall in City Council Chambers.

Eric Kearney beat out the likes of State Representatives Catherine Barrett, Steve Driehaus and Tyrone K. Yates. Along with now defunct EX-Cincinnati Vice-Mayor Alicia Reece and Mayor-Elect Mark Mallory's Mayoral opponent Manchurian (crybaby) Candidate David Pepper (also soon-to-be EX-Cincinnati City Councilman come December 1, 2005)
So there will NOT be any mistaking my opinions. The last 2 persons I mentioned are the "2 wanna-be career shady politicians".

Eric Kearney is the President & CEO of Sesh Communications, one of the largest Black owned publishing companies in the southwest region of Ohio. Mr. Kearney's publishing company is in charge of The Cincinnati Herald, The Dayton Defender and Our Week. Mr. Kearney is also an Attorney at the law firm of Cohen, Todd, Kite & Stanford.

Bro. Eric Kearney has a beautiful wife whom I've met on several occassion and whom I like alot, Jan-Michele Lemon-Kearney and they have a beautiful little daughter whom I've also met, 8 year old Emmye and a little baby boy 18 month old Asher.

Mayor-Elected Mark Mallory should be very pleased at his replacement.

State House Senator Eric Kearney, I'm sure will do us proud! And good luck in December 2006, when you start your campaign for re-election. And good luck as well to Sista Catherine Barrett as she has already announced she will be challenging Mr. Kearney in that upcoming primary election.

He had absolutely nothing good to say about State Senator Mark Mallory's co-workers in the State house during the mayoral campaign and even went so far as to blast his [Mallory's] ability to get endorsements from his co-workers-- Black & White, Democrat & Republican-- but then this idiot [Pepper] turns right around after publicly stating he never wants to hold another political public office and damn near trips over his own two left feet to jump at the chance to take Mallory's vacating State Senators seat??!!?

There are so many more people who support plain ol' "Justice & Fairplay" in the City of Cincinnati that I have no choice but to address the things I've been hearing concerning this past Cincinnati City Mayoral & Council Elections.
Sources-- whom I have used for quite some time and are rarely wrong--Alerted me to some Westside white citizens who want to stir up trouble and cause even MORE racial dissension by now crying foul and contacting the local Board of Elections screaming for a recount of the votes in the mayoral race between State Senator now Mayor-Elect Mark Mallory & international crybaby, Manchurian Candidate and soon-to-be EX-Cincinnati City Councilman David Pepper. Black Fist sources tell me that because the [Black] communities of Bond Hill, Evanston and Avondale had there votes come in (what the white folks of the westside perceive to be) "late" and that's what pushed Mark Mallory "over-the-top" and gave him the needed votes to knock John Proctor, I mean, John Pepper's little boy David straight out the box on election night giving Mark Mallory the Mayorship.
So now here we go with the recount stuff...
The westside needs to just get over it! The Black man won. The white man lost. It's just that simply folks. But what the westside white people don't want to except under ANY circumstances is that alot of WHITE people voted for Mark Mallory and alot of white people DID NOT vote for David Pepper inspite of David Pepper's "Big Bad Black Boogeyman Black Fist Endorsement Bullshit"!!! (WOW! that was a mouthful)

Now my sources also tell me that the black man soon-to-be EX- Councilman Samuel Malone has requested a vote recount as well. I'm told that he thinks because he lost by some 1,300 or so votes that maybe he "REALLY" did come in 9th place instead of 10th. Huh? Ok, Sam. If you want to "request" a recount that's your right but I think maybe you should move on and realize the election is over. The people just didn't wantcha'. (although the final result count won't be finalized until Monday November 21, 2005) Sam may want to take into consideration that those son beating allegations may have hurt him in the election. Sam you know white folks beleive in "Time-Out" -not- "Go get that belt & wait on me"! My personal thoughts on that is simple: Sam whooped that ass cause he's that 14 year old boys daddy and that's what GOOD DADDYS do! Whoop that ass when there's an ass to be whooped! PERIOD! Did I personally vote for Mr. Malone? Hell No! And I make no bones about it ~BUT~ I did not vote for him based on his prior voting record and NOT because I heard some shit being said about how he voted on certain issues on talk radio shows!
I saw how Sam Malone voted up close and personal, I studied how he wheeled & dealed throughout commitee meetings. Those are the meetings Council persons must go through to discuss and vote an agenda item into a full Wednesday Vote of City Council, when ALL members of Council must attend.

Quite simply put "Councilmember Sam Malone DID NOT have the Black communities best interest at heart". And it showed in most of his votes. At election time, Politicians must "pay" for their votes. Sam is now in that very painful process of "paying". General Nikki X and The Black Fist wish Sam Malone well as his transitions through that most painful process. Because Sam is STILL Black and now he's got to "Come on home"!
Mr. Malone should've braced and prepared himself for "payment" a little better than he apparently has.
Just look at your soon-to-be EX-Vice-Mayor Alicia Reece, she's "paying" out tha ass!

Getting back to The Westside Community, they have a right to ask for whatever they want to ask for but in my opinion, it's a waste of time because Mark Mallory IS the new Mayor of Cincinnati come December 1, 2005 until November 2009. Then if he so chooses he could run again. So word to the white westside community: Looks like y'all could have the BLACKMAN running thangs until November 2013!
Let's all work together and try to support Mayor-Elect Mallory as "our" Mayor to move this city in a positive direction. He IS and WILL be catching enough backstabbing hell from within his own party and white racist bastards who would just love to see this city back in the year 1905 or somewhere damn near close to it.

[UPDATE MARCH 30, 2007: I decided to re-post this entry from October 30, 2005., because there seems to be a little midget running around Cincinnati by the name of Terry Summers who was formerly a member of this organization and called himself "The Delegate" (what he supposely delegated in this organization never ever materialized nor did we ever know what it was suppose to be anyway), but this tiny fellow is now the NEW self-appointed lap dog/sucker/mouthpiece for a certain bipolar convicted felon. This tiny fellow feels the need to spread lies and falsehood about General Nikki X seeing as though in court on March 27, 2007., a certain bipolar convicted felon was harshly warned by the court to keep my name out of her mouth. So here we have the midget Terry Summers who has turned on me like a little bitty salvating beast for just a sniff of the dirty dingy drawers wore by the convicted felon, seeing that she was commanded by the court not to speak my name-- so in walks a midget to do it for her. What a shame! It is noteworthy to add that never not once in all the years the midget and I worked side-by-side did I ever once not defend, speak up for and protect his little worthless ass. But hey, the bible speaks of betrayal, lies and treason- mostly induced by a wicked scandalous Jezebel of some sort. I protested outside the Hamilton County Justice Center until you were let out of jail on bond. I drove you to work and picked you up from work too many times to count and it didn't matter whether the white man let you off at 12:00 NOON -or 12:00 MIDNIGHT. I supported you and I looked out for you not just behind the scenes in our personal lives but in full frontal view of the public in The Black Fist. I encourage anyone interested in what was REALLY said in court on March 27, 2007., to please obtain a full complete transcript of my court proceeding against the convicted felon from The Hamilton County Courthouse. I was there in an attempt to obtain a 5 year restraining order seeing as the convicted felon has repeatedly threatened to kill me. The midget (in those proceedings as the felon's "witness" which I cross examined) admitted to reading this blog daily to the chagrin and anger of the convicted felon who was commanded by the judge to step away from the midget as she was BUSTED attempting to coach him in his lies against me. The midget stumbled and bumbled in his lies so much so, that the convicted felon was livid! It started loud talking and verbally attacked the court staff including the court reporter and upon the direction of the judge, a Hamilton County Sheriffs Deputy was ordered to stand next to the convicted felon for the remainder of the proceedings. Needless to say the convicted coward shut the hell up then.
Guess it was kinda hard for the midget to remember his rehearsed LIES when he was actually standing before the "powers that be". Both of them should be in jail right now for PERJURY!

Mallory (D) and Cincinnati City Councilmember David Pepper (D). And what I'm hearing coming from the mouth of this spoiled, rich, pampered, inexperienced wanna-be "career politician" David Pepper is for a lack of better words "SIMPLY OUTRAGEOUS"! David Pepper is out and out lying on this radio broadcast, he is blantantly trying to twist Senator Mallory's words, But the Senator is too damn smart for this lil boy, so Pepper sounds even more stupidier than he normally does. He is lying about "The Black Fist" being banned from calling The Buzz radio station with the shows host Jonathon ("J") Love sitting there pretending as if he doesn't have a clue that Lil Davey is LYING! Well, thank goodness for "The Black Fist Blog", who will be so gracious as to set the record straight for those of you who are out there scratching their heads like WWwwhhhaaa, Huh? Lie #1. David ALLOWED the wicked witch of the WESTside Melva to go OVER her alloted time limit of 2 mintues. If David Pepper thinks his recent endorsement by The Cincinnati Fraternal Order of Police [FOP] Union No.69 will "ensure" him the next strong mayorship of Cincinnati, He can forget it! Look at what The FOP's "endorsement" of GOP and Former City Councilman Charlie Winburn did for him...To make a long story short...NOTHING! Charlie came in 3rd place in the Primary and sent packing back to the pulpit! I want to take this time on behalf of "The Black Fist" and every other Black person of good conscience in the city of Cincinnati to publicly THANK Vice-President of the FOP and Chairman of The FOP endorsement commitee Keith Fangman and his commitee as a whole for leaving Mayoral Candidate and State Senator Mark L. Mallory "OFF" your endorsement list. Now he will have an even BETTER chance at winning the Mayorship in November. Mr. Mallory is running ahead in the polls and sticking to THE ISSUES while Dirty David whines and plays the race card like the international crybaby that he is! CINCINNATI CITY COUNCIL ENDORSEMENTS ARE OUT! The Cincinnati Fraternal Order of Police Union Lodge No. 69 have endorsed 9 candidates for Cincinnati City Council. This list read as such: Jeff Berding (D) Chris Bortz (C) John Eby (R) Leslie Ghiz (R) Sam Malone (R) Chris Monzel (R) Cecil Thomas (D) Wendell Young (D) John Cranley (D) Oddly enough the term limited and Current City Councilman Jim Tarbell, whose always been endorsed by his good buddies in The FOP didn't make the cut this trip. Hhhuumm? I'd like to take a moment to deal with list as a whole. They have (on paper) 4 Democrats, 4 Republicans and 1 Charterite. What is this list saying to Black people in the City of Cincinnati? It's saying The FOP is tired of Black people even putting in the "appearance" of getting good taxation with "representation". The FOP wants good ol' Cincinnati to go back to the good ol' days. The FOP is sending a strong message to every Black person within the sound of their voices, they [The FOP] are tired of you ungrateful knee-grows crying about what the hell they are doing when y'all don't even have your own sh** in order and this trip they [The FOP] are going show y'all [Blacks] since ya not satisfied with the mercy they've shown you thus far, then we'll [The FOP] take you Blacks damn near back to slavery and see how y'all like that! Let's take a quick look at these FOP endorsed Candidates shall we: Jeff Berding (D) - We all remember this guy from the "Paul Brown RiverFRAUD Stadium" rip-off/deal. A rip-off/deal, You, I and "our great-great-great grandchildren will be paying out the ass on and Hamilton County should be ashamed of themselves for letting this "deal" go through! (but the big whiteman and Mike Brown got RICH-ER, so hey Jeff's alright with us) The Tax-paying citizens (Blacks & Poor Whites) of Cincinnati should be saying NO to Jeff Berding on election day! Chris Bortz (R) - Who in the devil is "Chris Bortz"? The nephew of former Cincinnati Mayor Arn Bortz and runs some sort of family realtor business. That's all I can tell you about this guy...smells like "Big Busines at it's finest". We don't need Chris Bortz. Just another guy running on "last name recognition". John Cranley (D) - Good God NO! The answer can be nothing other than "NO"! Current City Councilman John Cranley is no friend to the Black race! His voting record speaks for itself. This midget John Cranley is responsible for blantant "anti-black" votes such as: "The Impaction Ordinance" (No more low-income housing built within the Cincinnati city limits) and if you coloreds don't sit down, shut up and be cool I'll [Cranley] orchestrate a move to tear down what little y'all got now like I [Cranley] did with Lincoln Courts/Laurel Homes and like if given the chance "The Fay Apartments"! "The Panhandling Ordinance" (Terrorize, Harass, Ticket, Fine) POOR and/or HOMELESS people, race not a factor! "The Hunnington Meadow Halocaust" (Cranley, along with now defunct figure-head vice-mayor Alicia Reece took the lead in throwing out over 600 [predominately Black] families into the streets of Cincinnati, just to make 2 greedy churches and a small-time greedy family in Bond Hill, the Reece Family some loot) To this day there are ex-Hunnington Meadows families still trying to get back on their feet and survive and some are still homeless. All in part to the underhanded senseless wicked deeds and lies of Alicia Reece and "FOP endorsed", Councilman John Cranley! There's more crimes that have been committed against Black Cincinnatians by Councilman John Cranley, just contact City Hall and get his voting record. Don't take my word for it....You do the reseach! This little wicked man, John Cranley is NO FRIEND to the Black race! John Eby (R) - LORD God NO!!! Not Mr. "Hands across Westwood". Eby is the chief organizer of this annual rally in the community of Westwood & Price Hill by "white" westwoodians & "white" Price Hillians to support police for their year long service of protecting and serving "white" folks in Westwood & Price Hill and "white" Cincinnati, as a whole. Not Mr. "Citizens Complaint Authority" (deemed by The Black Fist and other activist as "Charlie's [Luken] Complaint Authority) This John Eby sits high and proud on this board of people with the exception of one (a Black woman) who decides whether or nor Cincinnati Police officers are disiciplined for police brutality and/or police misconduct. Which most times police get off scott-free when the evidence can clearly show "Police Brutality" at its highest form! Eby is 100% racially against any free-thinking Blackman or Blackwoman. And he is 100% in favor of police officers tasing to death, beating to death, kicking, stomping, choking to death and all forms of "Police Brutality" as long as it is brutality committed by "white" police officers and heaped upon "Black" citizens! John Eby is part of a highly race prejudice Westwood splinter group calling themselves "Westwood Concern". Who frequent City Council meetings spewing race-baiting rhetoric and committing overt intimidation of Councilmembers to get want they want for their white community. And guess what folks?... 9 times out of 10 they get just what they want! With FOP endorsed John Eby at the forefront of it all! Vote NO to John Eby!!! Believe me Black folks you won't regret it!!! Leslie Ghiz (R) - This whining white woman from the Eastside who has her campaign office on the Westside is some sort of labor lawyer who bemoans every chance she gets the fact that she was passed over for an "appointment" to a city council seat because a black man named Sam Malone "took it from her". Other than that, I say, "What can Leslie Ghiz do to advance the Black agenda"?...Absolutely Nothing. So Leslie Ghiz can hang it up. Black folk don't need her. P-E-R-I-O-D! Sam Malone (R) - This Black man is a nice cordial person if you're standing one-on-one talking to him, but his politics stink! Seems he gets the most satisfaction out of voting AGAINST his own communities best interest and FOR the white communities BEST interest. Every now and then he'll wake up and realize, "Damn I gotta do something for the knee-grows" and he'll be the 4th or 5th vote to get something passed. Does Sam Malone deserve to be re-elected? In the opinion of The Black Fist, we say NO. Sam should just bid us all a smooth farewell and move on. Chris Monzel (R) - This joker can't even hold on to the 1 seat on Council he's been "appointed" to twice! His OWN "white" community constantly vote him out of office EVERY chance they get. So what usefulness can he possibly be to the Black community...NONE! He has some extreme racial problems AGAINST Blacks and In the opinion of The Black Fist and other activist organization we've worked with say the same thing..."Move on Monzel". It's just that simple! Cecil Thomas (D) - HELL NAW!!! This Former Director of "The Cincinnati Human Relations Commission" (CHRC) is another one of these nice guys if you're just standing around chewing the fat with on a personal level. But "POLITICS"..no, no, no! The FOP did right in endorsing Cecil because they know upfront this Ex-Cop, retired from the "FORCE" after 27 years will ALWAYS side with them even when it comes down to the vicious brutal rapes, murders, tasing and all-out assault on the Black man, the Black woman and the Black child right here under his "BLACK nose" in Cincinnati. This cat is nothing more than 3 things when it comes to "Police Brutality" in The Black community: An Excuse Making, An Excuse Giver and An Excuse/Blamer...But ONLY when the BLAME is directed towards the BLACK man NOT the police! Cecil Thomas should just sit it on down, chill and STAY retired! Black folk don't need no kinda Cecil Thomas nowhere near no City Council seats..But apparently The FOP does because they endorsed him. Like My Grandmother would say, "Lawd God of Zion", Help us! Wendell Young (D) - Another Ex-Cop running for Council and endorsed by The FOP. Why? I don't know. The only thing I can put my finger on is...HE'S AN EX-CINCINNATI POLICE OFFICER...Duh. He's also another nice guy who is gracious and pleasant when you speak with him one-on-one. And he has a lovely wife with whom I have talked too. But does that make him "the man with the plan" to get elected to city council? I don't know. All The Black Fist can see in front of us is "EX-COP"! Now The Black Fist IS NOT anti-cop, we are PRO-good cops and PRO-good policing in our Black community, the same as what the white community receives on a daily basis and ALL year 'round. Now in Wendell Young's case I can't honestly say he wouldn't make a good council person, we're saying Wendell Young is an Ex-Cop endorsed by the FOP and if The FOP has a problem with Mayoral candidate and State Senator Mark Mallory being endorsed by The Black Fist because we have been deemed "racist" by The white power structure for standing up and speaking out for Black rights and against police brutality then does that say something about the nice guy "FOP endorsed" Wendell Young's political views in this city as it pretains to Black folk dealing with Police Brutality and misconduct? Maybe the Fraternal of Police know something about Wendell we don't...? Just an educated thought. What are yours?
