| "WHITE HYDE PARK TEEN WHO SLAUGHTERED BROTHER FOUND COMPETENT TO STAND TRIAL" The Hyde Park teen who [allegedly] killed his brother "Cain & Abel" style was found Wednesday in a Hamilton County hearing competent to stand trial in his brothers' murder. Andrew Warrington, 17 from an upscale Hyde Park neigborhood brutally and viciously slaughtered his brother a few months ago. The long and short of this story is: Since the "insane & drawing pictures on the walls with crayons" depicting a person (assumed to be his dead brother by the professional doctors evaluating Andrew Warrington) defense fell through let's see if this young white teen from an upscale afluent neigborhood with the high priced private attorney (s) gets the book thrown at him like a young Black teen from a poor run-down neigborhood with a public pretender, er, I mean public defender would. I will probably come back with more detailed facts about this very very disturbing case at a later date. I just don't understand where are all of the "White Activist" when you need 'em to curb all of this "White-on-White" crime that's running rampant throughout the streets of Cincinnati. Maybe There needs to be some Big Black Cincinnati Police Officers assigned to keep an eye on the white community, maybe walk the beat and harrass & profile those in that white community who even smell like they might wanna even think about committing some heinous dispictable act of savagery against one another. Huh? "Will Andrew Warrington get treated in the court system like a pampered spoiled lil rich kid"? ~OR~ "Will Andrew Warrington get treated like all of the black teens in his age range in this city & county who viciously murder their peers"? If this killer was black he'd be found competent the instant he broke that bat over his brother's head, tried as an adult and sent to prison until they got the needle ready for him.

All the doctors recognized he was incompetent when arrested. That's why he didn't get indicted until now.
Guess what is gonna happen at trial? He's gonna plead insanity and he's gonna be acquited. Since he's now sane (thanks to the court supervised psychiatrists), he's gonna walk.

A Hamilton County Judge tried to comfort the parents of a 17 year-old Hyde Park boy who beat his brother to death. Judge Dennis Helmick said the parents of Andrew Warrington have lost two sons, one to mental illness and one to violence. The comments came in a hearing Friday in which the teen was found not guilty by reason of insanity in the May baseball beating death of his brother, a high school senior.
