A dear sister in our black community by the name of "FBK" (Ms. Frankie Butler-Kidd) has written a very scathing very honest very upfront e-book about Cincinnati President of the NAACP & Cincinnati City Councilman Christopher Smitherman forever known on this website as "The Snake in a Suit", our dear Bro. Nate Livingston calls him 'The Sillyman".
To FINALLY read the truth about this Snake in a Suit in book form. Go To: www.amazon.com Type in the Search Bar the book title above.
A Few Words: Bro. Nate Livingston, Bro. Endure X, & myself General Nikki X along with others have for years been trying to tell the community about what a con man, race hustler, political prostitute, liar, and all around phony this man was, is and will forever be. NO ONE WANTED TO LISTEN! This man high-jacked the Cincinnati Branch of The NAACP not once but twice. He turned out to be a one-term city councilman -THEN- After pretending to be an "activist" through nothing more than running his damn mouth and riding on the coattails of this organization "The Black Fist" and its leadership, he once again slithered his way back into somewhat lightweight political power.
It was his affiliation with The Black Fist that put his black ass on the map in the first place!
Shamefully in public disgrace and sellout humiliation, the other co-founder of this organization, General Kabaka Oba died before he could wake up to the truth about this man whom he allowed to let use him as no more than a puppet, mouthpiece, strong-arm man, and a tool to do his bidding then abandoning him when he needed him most. (Most of you know the story, some may not. The entire truth can be found in the annals of this website)
We here at The Black Fist Blog commend Sis. FBK for waking up to the truth (FBK was once a loyal and fierce supporter of the Sillyman) and having the courage to speak out once she learned the truth through the Sillyman's own actions to expose him for what he truly is:
A BLACK EGOTISTICAL IN THE BED WITH THE WHITE MAN SELLOUT !!!
BLACK FIST, BLACK POWER, BLACK NATION TO SIS. FBK !!!

ONE GOD, ONE AIM, ONE DESTINY
ONE GOD, ONE AIM, ONE DESTINY: MARCUS GARVEY
| ORIGINALLY POSTED IN 2006 AS PART OF "THE BLACK FIST: BEST & BRIGHTEST EVERYDAY BLACK HISTORY SERIES". THIS IS OUR YEARLY RE-POST CELEBRATING THE EARTHDAY AND LEGACY OF THE MOST HONORABLE MARCUS MOSIAH GARVEY. AS WE DO EVERY AUGUST AROUND THE TIME OF BRO. GARVEY'S EARTHDAY/BIRTHDAY (AUGUST 17, 1887.), WE'D LIKE TO TAKE THIS TIME TO REFLECT UPON BRO. GARVEY'S LIFE AND WHAT HE MEANT TO THE BLACK NATION. HAPPY EARTHDAY MARCUS GARVEY! GNX I commit my body, mind and spirit to the protection, defense and security of the Red, Black and Green. I dedicate my life to the redemption of Mother Africa and the Liberation of her scattered children. I accept for myself and my descendants the teachings of Universal African Nationalism. A promise that our children will be instilled with the purpose and knowledge of themselves as African people in order that the cause of our struggle will neither falter nor fail until Black people are free and united through..... One God, One Aim, and One Destiny. Written By The Most Honorable Marcus Mosiah Garvey. In this sixth installment of "The Black Fist: Best & Brightest Everyday Black History Series." We will be visiting a remarkable revolutionary brother who was way ahead of his time, The Most Honorable Marcus Mosiah Garvey. This Black man was indeed an enterprising black entrepreneur and a 100% black nationalist in every sense of the word. Marcus Garvey suffered through racial indignities and he also had to deal with snitches, traitors and Governmental agents. Sounds alot like today, huh? Sit back and educate -or- re-educate yourselves on the lifeworks of this extraordinary black militant soldier. General Nikki X likes to call this one....."One God, One Aim, One Destiny!" MARCUS GARVEY (1887-1940) Marcus Mosiah Garvey was born August 17, 1887. He was a publisher, journalist, entrepreneur, crusader for black nationalism, and founder of the UNIA-ACL. He was born in Jamaica. Garvey is best remembered as a champion of the "Back-To-Africa" movement, which was interpreted as encouraging people of African ancestry to return to their ancestral homeland. He is also recognized as the most important prophet of the "Back-to-Africa" Rastafarian movement. Garvey said he wanted those of African ancestry to "redeem" Africa, and for the European colonial powers to leave it. Although Garvey was raised Methodist, he became a Roman Catholic. PUBLISHING ACTIVITIES Garvey's journalist experience begun with a newspaper called The Watchman which he started in 1910. This newspaper was short-lived and was succeeded by others, also short-lived, which Garvey published during his early Central American travels. They were: POOP, Costa Rica; La Prensa, Colon, Panama; and The Bluefields Messender, Costa Rica. Garvey was also associated with other publications The African Times and Orient Review, The Daily Negro Times, Harlem, 1922-1924; The Blackman, Kingston, Jamaica, 1929-1931; The Black Man Magazine, which started in Kingston in 1933 and continued in England until 1939. FOUNDING OF THE UNIA-ACL Garvey returned to Jamaica in 1914. Convinced that uniting blacks was the only way to improve their condition, Garvey launched the Universal Negro Improvement Association and African Communities League (UNIA), becoming president. The association sought to unite "all the people of African ancestry of the world into one great body to establish a country and Government absolutely their own." A weekly newspaper, the Negro World, was produced by Garvey to discuss issues related to the UNIA. After corresponding with Booker T. Washington, Garvey went to the United States of America in 1916 to give a lecture tour. By 1920 the association had over 1,100 branches in more than 40 countries. Garvey advanced several ideas designed to promote social, political and economic freedom for blacks, including launching the Black Star Line Steamship Corporation and its successor company the Black Cross Navigation and Trading Company. However, the line failed owing to mismanagement and fraud. Another venture was the Negro Factories Corporation, which sought to, "build and operate factories in the big industrial centres of the United States, Central America, the West Indies and Africa to manufacture every marketable commodity." A chain of grocery stores, a restaurant, a steam laundry, a tailor and dressmaking shop, a millinery store and a publishing house, were also started. Convinced that blacks should have a permanent homeland in Africa, Garvey's movement sought to develop Liberia. In response to suggestions he wanted to take all Americans of African ancestry back to Africa he said, "I have no desire to take all black people back to Africa, there are blacks who are no good here and will likewise be no good there." He further reasoned, "our success educationally, industrially and politically is based upon the protection of a nation founded by ourselves. And the nation can be nowhere else but Africa." The Liberia program, launched in 1920, was intended to build colleges, universities, industrial plants and railroads as part of an industrial base from which to operate, but abandoned in the mid 1920s after much opposition from European powers with interest in Liberia. Garvey was not a believer in black supremacy, deriving much of his program from Progressive Era notions of "race improvement" and expressing his admiration for the accomplishments and heroes of western civilization. He also held largely left-wing political views in these years, expressing considerable enthusiasm for Russian Revolution. CHARGED WITH MAIL FRAUD After the FBI investigation, a charge of mail fraud was brought against Garvey for selling stock in the Black Star Line enterprise, when it was revealed that, contrary to representations, the corporation did not possess the ship in the company's stock brochure (or indeed, any other ship). The promoters of the enterprise were found guilty of using the mail service to sell stock in an undercapitlized corporation by means of misrepresentation of its existing assets. Garvey supporters called the trial fraudulent. Garvey was convicted and sentenced to a 5 year term, and imprisoned in the Atlanta Federal Prison in 1925. To this day, efforts on the part of his supporters to exonerate him from the charges continue. His sentence was eventually commuted by President Calvin Coolidge, and on his release in November 1927 Garvey was deported from New Orleans to Jamaica, where a large crowd met him at Orrett's wharf in Kingston. A huge procession and band marched to the UNIA headquarters. OTHER CONTROVERSIES Around 1921 Marcus Garvey's nationalism and life history led him to proclaim a belief in "racial purity." He admired the efforts toward independence of whites in Ireland, so it was not a racist idea in the traditional sense. Instead he feared encouragement of miscegenation would disadvantage those who did not or were not mixed. Still this lead to a controversial praise of Warren G. Harding's speech against miscegenation and discussion that races might be better off separate with largely separate destinies. For not entirely unrelated reasons he had an antagonism toward W.E.B. Du Bois. Previously Du Bois had expressed hostility to the Black Star Line idea and other ideas. Hence Garvey began to suspect DuBois was prejudiced towards him a Caribean of darker skin tone. By the late 1920s this antagonism turned to antipathy. Du Bois called Garvey "a lunatic or a traitor." Garvey shot back saying Du Bois was "a little Dutch, a little French, a little Negro...a mulatto...a monstrosity." This led Garvey to an acrimonious relationship with the NAACP. Somewhat ironically Du Bois would nevertheless be a strong supporter of Pan-Africanism. LATER YEARS He travelled to Geneva in 1928 where he presented the "Petition of the Negro Race" to the League of Nations. The petition outlined the abuse of Africans arould the world. In September 1929, Garvey founded the People's Political Party (PPP), Jamaica's first modern political party, mostly centered around worker's rights, education and aid to the poor. Garvey was elected Councillor for the Allman Town division of the Kingston and St. Andrew Corporation (KSAC) in 1929. He lost his seat, however, because of his absence from council meetings while serving a prison sentence for contempt of court. In 1930 he was re-elected, unopposed, along with 2 other PPP candidates; he agitated for the adoption of some of the points in the PPP's manifesto. In April 1931, Garvey launched the Edelweiss Amusement Company, which Garvey used to help artist make a living from their work, including putting on plays. Several Jamaican entertainers who went on to become popular locally, received their exposure there. These included Kidd Harold, Ernest Cupidon, Bim & Bam and Ranny Williams. Garvey left Jamiaca for London in 1935. He lived and worked there until his death in 1940. During these last 5 years in London, he remained active, keeping in touch with events in Ethiopia (then Abyssinia) where war was being waged, and also with events in the West Indies. In 1938, he gave eveidence before the West Indian Royal Commission on conditions in the West Indies. In that year also, he set up a School of African Philosophy to train the leadership of the UNIA. He continued to work on the magazine The Black Man. Garvey's political views in his later years were increasingly right-wing. In 1937, a group of his American supporters who called themselves the Peace Movement of Ethiopia openly collaborated with Mississippi Senator Theodore Bilbo in the promotion of a repatriation scheme introduced in the U.S. Congress under the name "Greater Liberia Act." Garvey also expressed considerable sympathy for facism and spectulated about its positive application in Africa. However, shortly before his death Garvey expressed his solidarity with Britain during The Blitz. Due to difficulties in travel resulting from World War II, after his death on June 10, 1940, he was interred in the Kensal Green Cemetery, London. In November 1964, the Government of Jamaica had his remains brought to Jamaica and ceremoniously reinterred at shine dedicated to him in National Heroes Park (Garvey having been proclaimed Jamaica's first National Hero). INFLUENCE Worldwide, Garvey's memory has been kept alive in many ways, including: schools, colleges, highways and buildings in Africa, Europe, the Caribean and the USA have been named after him: the UNIA's red, black and green flag has been adopted as the Black Liberation Flag; and, a bust of Garvey was unveiled at the organization of American States' Hall of Heroes, in Washington, DC in 1980. Ralph Ellison used Garvey as the basis for Ras the Exhorter, the West Indian black nationalist demagogue in his Invisible Man. GARVEY AND RASTAFARI Rastafari consider Garvey to be a religious prophet and more specifically the reincarnation of John the Baptist. This was partly because Garvey said in the 1920s, "Look to Africa, for there will be a king crowned" which they then took as prophecy about the crowning of Haile Selassie. The rasta founders were a part of Garvey's Back-To-Afica movement in Jamaica, and in its doctrines the Rastafarian movement shaped Rastafarianism; therefore, he is a popular theme in much reggae music, especially that of Burning Spear. Marcus Garvey married Amy Jacque-Garvey, and she carried on his legacy until her death in the early 1970s. Well there you have it once again folks! Another extraordinary black man doing what only the black man can do by nature, and that's build, create, revolutionize and lead. The Honorable Marcus Mosiah Garvey will always be remembered and honored by The Black Fist Organization for his contribution to black humanity and for giving us the Red, Black and Green flag along with his legendary document entitled: One God, One Aim, One Destiny. I taught my son that particular poem at the age of 4. And today at age 19, he can recite it word for word with pride and his head held high! I also have a picture of him holding the Red, Black and Green flag at the age of 4. What pride it is to know you are raising a son in the footsteps of one of the greatest black men the black race as a whole could've ever been graced with. Check out the home DVD version at http://www.pbs.org/ of the PBS documentary Marcus Garvey: Look For Me in The Whirlwind. It is a fascinating start for anyone who wants to learn more about Marcus Garvey or a great start for anyone who knows nothing about this revolutionary black man at all. Did you know that Marcus Garvey was also a songwriter and composer? When he was imprisoned on that phony mail fraud charge, he wrote a song called: "Keep Cool". An ex-general in The Black Fist and I used to laugh and trip out because of the chorus of the song, it was funny but oh so real. I wonder if he sang that song during his recent incareration...? It went a little something like this: When they throw you in the flame and you know you're not to blame...Keep Cool! I wonder if the ex-general remembers how we read The Philosophies & Opinions of Marcus Garvey together with a mission to instill those fundamental principles into the everyday interworkings of The Black Fist, as a whole? I am currently in the process of reading (for the 3rd time) The Life and Times of Amy Jacque-Garvey. Because it is true behind every strong man there is a strong woman. And so very true in Sister Amy's case, She was Marcus Garvey's second wife, and they say the second times the charm. That sister was strong, fierce, independant and bold in her own right. And she is to always be remembered right alongside....The Honorable Marcus Mosiah Garvey. And in conclusion of this sixth installment, I'd like to remind you the reader of what I stated in the third or fourth installment.....It seems like some of our most heaviest, strongest, boldest, hard-hitting and revolutionary Black brothers and Black sister were born in or set it off (Nat Turner) in the month of August. Marcus Garvey was born in August...and so was I! I always seem to noticed things like that, do you? STAY TUNED FOR OUR SEVENTH INSTALLMENT, COMIN' BLACK ATCHA SOON. RIGHT HERE ON THE "ONLY OFFICIAL WEBSITE OF THE BLACK FIST,".....THE BLACK FIST BLOG! UP, UP, YOU MIGHTY RACE! BLACK FIST, BLACK POWER, BLACK NATION!!! Here is a classic speech by The Most Honorable Marcus Mosiah Garvey. Hear the man himself in his own words. This speech is shown in its entirety. 17 uncut minutes. Enjoy! |
In July 1921, Our Dear Bro. Marcus Mosiah Garvey gave a this speech. Take a listen to the man himself. A rare gift to the Black Nation indeed!

DEEP! MS. LAURYN HILL SPEAKS TRUTH ... AGAIN
Lauryn Hill vents about racism, slavery and IRS in open letter
by Carrie Healey

Lauryn Hill
MLH On Racism
The concept of reverse racism is flawed, if not absolutely ridiculous. Most, if not all of the negative responses from people of color toward white people, are reactions to the hatred, violence, cruelty and brutality that they were shown by white people for centuries. Much of the foundation of the modern world was built on the forced free labor of black peoples. The African Slave Trade, the institution of slavery, colonialism, its derivative systems, and the multiple holocausts throughout history, where whites used race as the defining reason to justify their oppression, conquest, and brutal treatment of non-white peoples, are how race became such a factor to begin with.
The initial claim by the oppressors, followed a moral imperative (so they said) that people outside of Occidental and European birth were in savage and cursed conditions, and that God justified the captivity of these people, and the rape and pillage of their lands.
Ironically, these oppressors would try to discard this same God, who supposedly justified this brutality, in the name of Darwin, whose famous line ‘survival of the fittest’ was used to justify criminal behavior once the Bible could no longer be used as a hiding place for economic domination and evil intention.
Spirituality and morality were replaced by capitalism, and with it a conscious shift of focus toward the exploitation of the vulnerable.
In order to justify reverse racism one would have to first create an even playing field, undo the generations of torture, terror, and brutality, and then judge whether or not a non-white person is in fact a racist. This approach would require people to examine the need/addiction to feel superior to someone else for no justifiable reason, and the myriad policies: Spiritual, political and social, that it bore. True dominion is self evident and not the result of sabotaging another in order to achieve it. That would be an illegitimate as well as a fleeting position. The Universe, will eventually seek to right/balance itself.
Of course there are white people who live transcendent lives, not exploiting ill-gotten privilege or perpetuating the sins of their ancestors who used violence and deceit as a means to gain advantage over others. Humanity in proper order is obligated to acknowledge the Truth, whoever it comes from, be they Black, White or other. Righteous indignation is simply a response to long-standing evil.
Much of the world is still reeling from the abuses of Imperialist selfishness, misunderstanding, ignorance and greed. Black people remain in many ways a shattered community, disenfranchised, forcefully removed from context and still caged in, denied from making truly independent choices and experiencing existential freedom. Their natural homes, just like their natural selves, raped and pillaged of the resources and gifts God has given to them. Interpreted through someone else’s slanted lens and filter, they remain in many ways, misrepresented. Taxation without proper representation, might I remind you, was the very platform of protest that began the Revolutionary War, which gained this country its independence from England. Anger is not only the natural response to the abuse of power, but is also appropriate when there is no real acknowledgment of these abuses, or deep, meaningful and profound change.
If we took all of what we deem horrible regarding the criminal abuses that black people have committed over this country’s history, and add it all up, it still does not compare to the hundreds of years of terrorism, violent domination, theft, rape, abuse, captivity, and beyond that black people have suffered under the ideologies and systems of white supremacy, racism, and slave based paradigms. I say this only to say that abuse unresolved begets or creates abuse. How then does the chief offender become the judge? Might does not necessarily mean right. Right is right. People forcibly reduced to sub-human existences, so that they behave in sub-human ways, helps a system to justify itself or feel less guilty about its blood saturated foundation and gross crimes against humanity. People, like plants, grow where the light is. When you enclose a plant and limit its light source, it will bend itself toward the light, for the light is necessary for its survival. This same thing happens to people locked in communities where little light and little opportunity is allowed them, survival then forces them to twist and/or bend toward the only way of escape.
There is good. And I both acknowledge and encourage the good. Instead of throwing out the Baby with the bath water, we do well to expose the intentionally poisoned water the Baby has been forced to soak in since its origin in these lands. America’s particular brand of hypocrisy is gross (double entendre).
I shuddered during sentencing when I kept hearing the term ‘make the IRS whole’… make the IRS whole, knowing that I got into these very circumstances having to deal with the very energies of inequity and resistance that created and perpetuated these savage inequalities. The entire time, I thought, who has made black people whole?! Who has made recompense for stealing, imposing, lying, murdering, criminalizing the traumatized, taking them against their wills, destroying their homes, dividing their communities, ‘trying’ to steal their destinies, their time, stagnating their development, I could go on and on. Has America, or any of the nations of the world guilty of these atrocities, ever made black people or Africa whole or do they continue to sit on them, control them, manipulate them, cage them, rob them, brutalize them, subject them to rules that don’t apply to all? Use language, veiled coercion, and psychological torment like invisible fences to keep them locked into a pattern of limitation and therefore control by others. You have to remain focused to cease from rage.
The prosecutor, who was a woman, made a statement during sentencing about me not doing any charity work for a number of years during my ‘exile.’ A) Charity work is not a requirement, but something done because someone wants to. I was clearly doing charitable works way before other people were even thinking about it. And B) Even the judge had to comment that she, meaning I, was both having and raising children during this period. As if that was not challenging enough to do. She sounded like the echo of the grotesque slave master, who expected women to give birth while in the field, scoop the Baby up, and then continue to work. Disgusting.
When you are beaten and penalized for being independent, or truly self reliant, then you develop a dysfunctional relationship with self-reliance, and a fear of true independence. When you are beaten or threatened with death for trying to read a book, then you develop a dysfunctional relationship with education. When families are broken up by force and threat of violence, then the family structure becomes dysfunctional. When men who would naturally defend their women and families are threatened with castration and death, then this natural response also becomes dysfunctional. When looking at the oppressor is punishable by violence, then examination of him and his system becomes a difficult and taboo thing to do, despite every bone in your body demanding it. When questioning or opposing oppression is punishable by death, imprisonment, or economic assassination, then opposing systemic wrong in any or all of its meta manifestations is a terrifying concept. Anyone forced to live so incredibly diametrically opposed to that which is natural to themselves, will end up in crisis if they don’t successfully find a way to improve or transcend these circumstances! All of which require healing. It is only by the Grace of God and the resilience of the people that things haven’t been worse.
Much of my music, if not all of it, is about Love, a therapeutic resolve created in response to the lack of messages encouraging people like me toward free moral agency. Helping to ameliorate this condition has never been addressed through the political arena alone. It is a sacrificial work that doesn’t simply happen between the hours of 9 to 5 or Monday through Friday, but when inspiration leads us to avail ourselves for the Truth that needs to be said. Unlike the system too often contrarily demonstrates, we believe that people can be and should be helped, and that trauma should not be criminalized but acknowledged, healed and dealt with. This takes awareness, sensitivity and a level of freedom in my opinion the system lacks. And if we don’t know or understand how to do it, then we humbly refer to a higher authority.
We have no desire to create humanoids, turn people into machines, or dumb them down so that they remain dependent longer than necessary to an antiquated system in denial of its many inadequacies and need to evolve. Instead we seek to educate and shed light on the snares, traps, and enticements that people set up in the name of business that are intended only to catch the sleeping and/or uninformed.
Why would a system, ‘well intentioned’, wait until breakdown or incarceration to consider rehabilitation, after generations of institutionally inflicted trauma and abuse on a people? To me it is obvious that the accumulation of generational trauma and abuse have created the very behaviors the system tries to punish, by providing no sufficient outlets for the victims of institutional terror. Clearly, the institution seeks to hide its own criminal history at the expense and wholeness of the abused, who ‘acting out’ from years of abuse and mistreatment, reflect the very aggression that they were exposed to.
[End of Letter]
Deep! Ms. Lauryn Hill once again speaks truth to power! Lauryn Hill has been sentenced to 3 months in prison for tax evasion. She took to Tumblr in the open letter above.
That line she wrote that states, "I shuddered during sentencing when I kept hearing the term ‘make the IRS whole’… make the IRS whole, knowing that I got into these very circumstances having to deal with the very energies of inequity and resistance that created and perpetuated these savage inequalities. The entire time, I thought, who has made black people whole?!"

THE CRUCIFIXATION OF RACHEL JEANTEL: JUST PLAIN WRONG!!!
Is she evil or Ignorant? Lolo Jones Attacks Rachel Jeantel, Compares Her to Madea
Sunday, June 30, 2013.
The country found it good entertainment to make fun of Rachel Jeantel, a young woman who was the star prosecution witness during the trial of George Zimmerman. Jeantel was the last person to speak to Trayvon Martin before he died, and was blasted all over national television for hours.
Jeantel was heavily criticized for her testimony, as she came off irritated, unprepared and as a poor reflection of a bad educational system. She clearly didn’t want to be there. Some people were annoyed with her, some felt sorry for her, but nearly everyone cringed while watching a woman who looked like a fish out of water.
Sprinter Lolo Jones, who is a regular recipient of the “privileged light skinned” woman criticism, wasn’t very nice, comparing Jeantel to Madea, the star of Tyler Perry’s films.
“Rachel Jeantel looked so irritated during the cross-examination that I burned it on DVD and I’m going to sell it as Madea goes to court,” Jones tweeted.
Jones was attacked for her tweets by those who felt that her remarks were ugly and insensitive. One tweeter, author Dream Hampton, came right back at Jones, stating, “ How classless of you to mock a young girl who’s experienced trauma your privileged a*s will never know @lolojones”
Hampton might want to do some research on Jones, who wasn’t a kid of privilege. In fact, she might be guilty of stereotyping Jones as some kind of suburban light-skinned princess. But this is far from the truth. Jones is a bi-racial child, whose father was in and out of jail. She spent years stealing food for her younger siblings and actually started running because she had to run across town whenever her father’s car would break down. She found track and field as her way out of her dire circumstances.
But maybe Jones could have been nicer on the tweet. It was probably uncalled for.

Pictured: Failed Olympic Sprinter Lolo Jones
Lemme get right to it: Perhaps this dumb ass bitch needs to concentrate on trying to win an Olympic Gold medal (which she continuously fails at) and keep her fucking mouth shut.
Rachel Jeantel is a pretty girl who is only 19 years old (18 at the time of her friend's murder). Rachel Jeantel had a traumatic horrendous thing happen to her! She was the very last person on the face of this earth to talk to our murdered lil brother 17 year old Trayvon Martin, and all this non-hurdle jumping bitch can do is jump on twitter to talk trash making fun of the girl's looks etc.?!?
Uh "Lolo" from General Nikki X straight to you ... shut the fuck up and practice your hurdles so next time two dark-skinned women (true Olympic athletes) won't leave your dumb ass in the dust like they did last time leaving you in tears and looking like an epic FAIL!
How 'bout that "Lolo"?
It just goes to show ignorance, evil, and the [so-called] privilege of having light-skin never mix!
From The Black Organization: Thank You Rachel For Telling What You Know and Thank You For Speaking The Final Words of Trayvon Martin ... Since He is No Longer Here to Speak For Himself!
Watch Lolo Jones crying like a bitch over her Olympic loss & crying about how the media treats her. How ironic huh?

TRAYVON MARTIN'S FRIEND TELLS OF TRAYVON'S LAST CALL
Trayvon Martin's Friend Describes Final Phone Call
SANFORD, Fla. (AP) — A friend who was on the phone with 17-year-old Trayvon Martin moments before he was fatally shot by George Zimmerman testified that she heard the Miami teen shout, “Get off! Get off!” before his telephone went dead.
Rachel Jeantel recounted to jurors in Zimmerman’s second-degree murder trial how Martin told her he was being followed by a man as he walked through the Retreat at Twin Lakes townhome complex on his way back from a convenience store to the home of his father’s fiancee.
Jeantel is considered one of the prosecution’s most important witnesses because she was the last person to talk to Martin before his encounter with Zimmerman on Feb. 26, 2012.
She testified that Martin described the man following him as “a creepy-ass cracker” and he thought he had evaded him. But she said a short time later Martin let out a profanity.
Martin said Zimmerman was behind him and she heard Martin ask: “What are you following me for?”
She then heard what sounded like Martin’s phone earpiece drop into the grass and she heard him say, “Get off! Get off!” The phone then went dead, she said.
Zimmerman, 29, could get life in prison if convicted of second-degree murder for killing Martin. Zimmerman followed him in his truck and called a police dispatch number before he and the teen got into a fight.
Zimmerman has claimed self-defense, saying he opened fire after the teenager jumped him and began slamming his head against the concrete sidewalk.
Zimmerman, whose father is white and whose mother is Hispanic, has denied the confrontation with the black teenager had anything to do with race, as Martin’s family and its supporters have claimed.
Jeantel’s testimony came after two former neighbors of Zimmerman testified Wednesday about hearing howls and shouts for help in the moments before the shooting.
Jayne Surdyka told the court that immediately before the shooting, she heard an aggressive voice and a softer voice exchanging words for several minutes in an area behind her townhome at the Retreat at Twin Lakes.
“It was someone being very aggressive and angry at someone,” she said.
During the struggle, she said, she saw a person in dark clothes on top of the other person. Martin was wearing a dark sweatshirt and Zimmerman wore red clothing. Surdyka said she saw the person who was on top get off the body after the shot was fired.
Surdyka said she heard cries for help and then multiple gunshots: “pop, pop, pop.” Only one shot was fired in the fatal encounter.
“I truly believe the second yell for help was a yelp,” said Surdyka, who later dabbed away tears as prosecutors played her 911 call. “It was excruciating. I really felt it was a boy’s voice.”
During cross-examination, defense attorney Don West tried to show there was a lapse in what Surdyka saw. Defense attorneys contend Martin was on top of Zimmerman during the struggle, but after the neighborhood watch volunteer fired a shot, Zimmerman got on top of Martin.
West also challenged Surdyka about her belief that the cry for help was a boy’s voice, saying she was making an assumption about whose voice it was.
Jeannee Manalo testified after Surdyka that she believed Zimmerman was on top of Martin, saying he was the bigger of the two based on pictures she saw of Martin on television after the fight. Manalo also described hearing howling, but she couldn’t tell who it was coming from, and then a “help sound” a short time later.
Under cross-examination, defense attorney Mark O’Mara asked why she had never mentioned her belief that Zimmerman was on top in previous police interviews. He also got her to concede that her perception of Martin’s size was based on five-year-old photos she had seen of him on television that showed a younger and smaller Martin.
Martin’s parents have said they believe the cries for help captured on 911 calls made by Zimmerman’s neighbors came from their son, while Zimmerman’s father has said he believes the cries belong to his son. Both prosecutors and defense attorneys believe they could show whether Zimmerman or Martin was the aggressor in the encounter. Defense attorneys successfully argued against allowing prosecution experts who claimed the cries belonged to Martin.
Before the February 2012 shooting, Zimmerman had made about a half dozen calls to a nonemergency police number to report suspicious characters in his neighborhood. Judge Debra Nelson on Wednesday ruled that they could be played for jurors.
Prosecutors had argued that the police dispatch calls were central to their case that Zimmerman committed second-degree murder since they showed his state of mind. He was increasingly frustrated with repeated burglaries and had reached a breaking point the night he shot the unarmed teenager, prosecutors say.
Defense attorneys argued that the calls were irrelevant and that nothing matters but the seven or eight minutes before Zimmerman fired the deadly shot into Martin’s chest.
Seven of the nine jurors and alternates scribbled attentively on their notepads as the calls were played.

STALKING PART VI: ANOTHER STORY OF TERROR
Md. Man Convicted of Cyberstalking His Ex-Wife

A Hyattsville man was found guilty Thursday of 73 counts of stalking, reckless endangerment, harassment and violation of a protective order after terrorizing his ex-wife and her children over the course of 45 days last year.
Michael Anthony Johnson, 32, faces a prison sentence of up to 115 years for repeatedly sending vulgar, threatening emails to his ex-wife telling her that he was going to rape and kill her and her daughters last summer.
Johnson also set up fake online profiles, claiming to be her, on Facebook, Craigslist, Blackplanet and other Internet sites, asking men to come to her house for sex and, in one posting, telling men to come to her house and rape her.
“He repeatedly smiled and laughed during this trial and had the audacity to take the stand and claim he had nothing to do with anything that happened to his ex-wife, despite insurmountable evidence against him,” said Prince George’s County State’s Attorney Angela D. Alsobrooks.
Johnson was arrested in late July 2012 after a search warrant was executed on his mother’s home, where he was living at the time. Authorities recovered his computer, complete with many of the emails he had sent to his ex-wife.
Johnson admitted that the email accounts where the emails to his ex-wife originated from were his and that no one else had access to the computer, but he maintained that he never sent the emails.
All of the fake postings and threatening emails to the victim stopped after Johnson was arrested.
The jury convicted Johnson after deliberating for three hours. He was found guilty of one count of stalking, 10 counts of reckless endangerment, two counts of harassment, seven counts of harassment by electronic mail and 53 counts of violation of a protective order.
Johnson will be sentenced July 18
Greetings brothers and sisters in this part 6 of our series on "Stalking", we read this story about another stupid muthafuckah who refuses to let go of his ex. In this case the victim is the man's ex-wife.
Now I believe it would be safe to say that this rejected nitwit is a black man due to the fact that he posted bullshit against his ex-wife on a social media website called "Black Planet", which is predominately used by blacks. However, like with anything else in life, whites and mexicans jump on to what blacks are doing so I really can't tell if this stalker is actually a black man. In any event, this asshole thought it was funny to terrorize and stalk his ex-wife who clearly didn't want his ass anymore.
Yeah that's real funny Michael Anthony Johnson but let's see how funny it'll be when you are shipped off to the Maryland State Penn!

OUR BLACK LOVE SERIES: WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THIS?
Description: "Certain females consume male ejaculate and sperm as if they were food, using the nutrients to fuel their own bodies as well as their eggs, The study, published in the journal Biology Letters, adds yet another dimension to the battle between the sexes. “If males have their sperm consumed, rather than used for egg fertilization, they will lose that reproductive opportunity. Therefore, it is in the male’s best interests to try to ensure at least some of his sperm reaches the female’s eggs,” lead author Benjamin Wegener, a researcher at Monash University’s School of Biological Sciences, explained to Discovery News. Wegener said that ejaculate consumption is well documented among numerous species. Humans are included in that group, but the behavior is notbut the behavior is not a standard part of our reproductive process." - Discovery

What do you think of this? In the interest of our black love series I am asking the question today, do you brothers & sisters believe these findings? I found this video (the 1st minute of it) interesting if nothing else. Could it be true that a woman feeds on a man's sperm like food?
If this is true, what does this new knowledge add to the dynamics of the black male/black female relationship, primarily their "sexual relationship"?
Let us know what you think by leaving us your comments.
We will continue to explore various avenues of the black male/black female relationship its highs and its lows as our series on "Black Love" continues .....

SENTINELS BLAST CRAIG AS HE EXITS CINCINNATI; CRAIG RESPONDS
Cincinnati Police Chief James Craig, who leaves Cincinnati June 22 to become Detroit’s top cop, has responded to criticism leveled at him during his last weeks in office by the Sentinels Police Association of Cincinnati, an African American police organization.
Phill Black, president of the Sentinels, last week sent Chief Craig a letter advising him that members during an April meeting the Sentinels passed a “vote of no confidence’’ in regard to Craig’s leadership. Black said the vote was cast by a majority of the Sentinels at a membership meeting.
Black stated Sentinels question the chief's "vision of change" during his nearly two years as Cincinnati’s first Black and first outsider police chief.
"In your short tenure as chief of police, you have failed to ‘level the playing field’ as well as addressing the unfair disciplinary practices within our department.
"You had the opportunity to right a wrong, but you did not and with that, the Sentinel Police Association grants a vote of no confidence on how you handled the in-house actions of the Cincinnati Police Department," Black wrote.
In his response to Black written on June 13, Craig wrote, “Throughout my tenure, I have been fortunate to earn the trust and support of many sworn officers, regardless of race."
"Throughout my tenure, fairness has been paramount to ensuring morale was sustained. It is undisputed that morale of the CPD was high during my tenure, and it was not because of nepotism, unfair discipline, or not promptly addressing allegations of misconduct."
The Sentinels formed in the 1960s to fight for the fair treatment of African American officers and today the organization stands up for all minority officers including women and Hispanics.
The group also sent copies of the letter to Mayor Mark Mallory, City Manager Milton Dohoney Jr., and Cincinnati City Council members.
Black congratulated Craig on becoming the first African American Police Chief and the first from outside the ranks of the Cincinnati Police Depart ment as an accomplishment within itself. He noted the many achievements Craig was able to accomplish and that Craig was welcomed to Cincinnati with open arms by all.
“Although you accomplished your goals of being accepted by the community, the business community, the cosmetic changes of the department and keeping your name on the “Leveling of the Playing Field," which Craig had initially discussed. “In all actuality, you have allowed the Cincinnati Police Department to conduct a business as usual attitude, ‘As Things Changed, Things Remained The Same.’ Unfortunately, the Cincinnati Police Department has been setback 20 years.”
“I reject your notion that the Department has been ‘set back twenty years...,’” Craig countered. “I embrace and understand change, which has been a major part of my agenda and evidenced by the rank and file officers. One ranking staff member …stated that during his 25 years, he experienced changes that are more ‘positive’ during my tenure than any other time during his career. This statement has been echoed by many in the department… Your assertion that there was no change lacks merit and there are many examples to refute your claim.”
Black added that Craig failed to address what he views as unfair disciplinary practices within the department. “You have actually displayed an asymmetrical practice of disciplining African Americans more than non- African Americans. Your action of swift transfers and ‘putting them in their place’ was what you displayed. This has been a long practice of the Cincinnati Police Department in dealing with discipline, and it continued under your watch.”
About the appointment to fill the assistant police chief vacancy, it was decided that both Black and White captains were selected to lead and manage the Bureau of Criminal Investigations without the oversight of an assistant chief, Craig stated in his letter. This gave each the opportunity to manage at the assistant chief level, he added. The selection process in this case comprised a panel of three Blacks and two Whites, he noted. In addition, Craig stated he conducted an exhaustive review of the possible candidates for the position.
“The absence of your leadership was apparent when you made no effort to contact me to discuss your disappointment in the outcome of this process,” Craig wrote Black. “Instead, you decided to initiate a campaign to discredit me and to publically criticize the process without knowing the facts.”
Craig adds that his decisions were not made unilaterally, but were reflective of what was needed and desired, and there was transparency in every aspect of the department’s operations.
Craig noted that he had met routinely with the Sentinels Board to discuss issues or concerns and responded to those concerns and issues immediately. “Your assertion that the disciplinary process was unfair and never addressed is clearly unfounded,” he said.
He faulted Black for not offering recommendations on how his staff could provide opportunities to enrich officers’ careers while Black was a member of the Chief’s Internal Advisory Board.
Black noted that Craig’s appearances along with the “love the inner-city community displayed upon you” were unprecedented for a Cincinnati police chief. “Unfortunately, your acceptance and approval from the community and the direction prominent business leaders wanted to steer you consumed your workings within the police department itself. Your focus seemed to have switched from the overhaul of the Cincinnati Police Department to that of celebrity acceptance from the citizens of Cincinnati. (However) The Sentinel Police Association will continue to fight any injustice bestowed upon its members regardless of race, creed, or color. We will continue to move on to address the unfinished business that you will be leaving behind.”
Craig said he did earn the support of the community, but that support involved placing emphasis on the “outstanding work performed by our police officers.”
Black stated the Sentinels wish Craig well in Detroit. “(But) Remember, you had the opportunity to right a wrong, but you did not and with that, the Sentinel Police Association grants a vote of no confidence on how you handled the inhouse actions of the Cincinnati Police Department,” he concluded.
Craig questions that due to the fact that some of the Sentinels Executive Board members were not aware of Black’s letter, “I question whether it was a majority opinion of your membership that believed I failed in my tenure as the Cincinnati Police Department’s 13th police chief.”
In some parting advice, Craig told Black that his willingness “to be a part of the solution, rather than simply reporting concerns lacking foundation, will go a long way in building positive relationships in reducing workplace concerns.”
"Frankly, I find it interesting that you wait until I prepare to leave this Department …to raise these issues,” Craig wrote Black. “I remain optimistic on the future of CPD based on the many talented men and women who will continue to move this ‘model’ police agency forward.”

Pictured: The REAL Hollywood James Craig
What is this tomfoolery here?!? Why would the black sentinels association president wait until police chief James Craig (forever know on this site as "Hollywood Craig") is out the door before making his concerns and disappointments known to the general public? That doesn't even make a lick of sense.
If the head of the black police association had something to say they should have said it long before "Hollywood Craig" was offered and accepted his position as police chief of Detroit, wouldn't you think?
Oh well! That's backward Sinsinnati for ya'!

STOP SMITHERMAN UPDATE
Council Klown Chris Smitherman
STOP SMITHERMAN Update.... The Sillyman says he doesn't care how his colleagues on Council feel about him. [They hate him, and for good reason -- he's only interested in grandstanding, not moving the city forward. He thinks he should be may...or, not Mark Mallory.] Why would anyone waste a vote on this guy when he can't get along with his colleagues, get any legislation passed, or get anything done.
He really doesn't care what you, the voters, think about him either. He thinks he's smarter than you. A self-proclaimed "financial planner" with no degree in finance, no certification by real financial planners (which is why he can't call himself a Certified Financial Planner).
The Sillyman used to be a Charterite. So for him to say he hates the City Manager form of government -- the basis of Charter, should make you wonder why he was ever in their party. I know why, but some of you die-hard Smithereens won't admit it: he used Charter to get what he wanted -- a seat on Council -- just like he used the NAACP, The Buzz, and, before he died, Kabaka Oba. [What happened to The Sillyman leading the effort to have the city name a street after Kabaka or some people building a statue of him.]

ANOTHER WHITE RACIST JUDGE
(Pictured: Judge Edith Jones)
Judge Claims Blacks and Hispanics are More Violent
June 6, 2013
By Yolanda Spivey
A New Orleans judge who sits on the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals is being accused of violating the code of conduct for federal judges for some harsh comments she has made against Blacks and Hispanics.
This past February, Judge Edith Jones gave a lecture at the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Law where she made quite a few offensive and biased remarks stating, “Minorities are responsible for more violent crimes than whites.” She allegedly said that any death row inmate that claimed that racism, arbitrariness or mental retardation affected their prosecutions were merely, “red herrings.” She also allegedly stated that the “death sentence provides a public service by allowing an inmate to make peace with God.”
Although the lecture wasn’t recorded, attendees at the lecture were outright disgusted by her statements. When she was asked to explain her comments, she stated that there was “no arguing” that it was a statistical fact that more Blacks and Hispanics were involved in more violent crimes, such as drug trafficking. The lecture host abruptly ended the question and answer portion of the program and Jones became very upset by that.
Veteran Pennsylvania-based death penalty attorney, Marc Bookman attended the lecture. He, along with several other civil rights groups has filed a complaint with the chief judge of the court of appeals in the circuit in which Jones sits. He stated in the declaration written to the courts, “In describing … what Judge Jones said about these cases, I am not able to capture the complete outrage she expressed over the crimes or the disgust she evinced over the defense raised, particularly by the defendants who claimed to be mentally retarded.”
One complaint is being funded entirely by the government of Mexico. They were quite upset by the comments Jones made in regards to the death penalty being outlawed in that country in 2005. She allegedly told the crowd that “the United States provides Mexican citizens more legal protection” than Mexico’s own system of justice. She also was heard stating that “a Mexican inmate would rather be on death row in the United States than in a Mexican prison.”
Jones is a 64 year old Caucasian woman who was appointed to the Fifth Circuit in 1985 by then President Ronald Regan. Under George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush presidencies, she was considered two times as a nominee to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Here we go brothers and sisters another white racist judge thinking all blacks are criminals and not just any judge but a federal judge (I specifically omitted the remark made by the federal judge about the Mexicans .. let a Mexican activist deal with that)!
This judge should be brought up before a judical board then removed ASAP! Now ... what are we to believe happens whenever a black man or black woman comes before this old hag expecting to receive constitutional justice that is fair and equitable under the law??? You got it! They get stroked! Whether guilty or not!
We are sick and tired of these old relics from days gone by sitting in these high positions of authority sitting high & looking low upon our people able to "legally" interject their own brand of "just-us" based on stereotypical unfounded racist views and opinions! All black people are NOT criminals & NOT all white people are pure and just! The white man and his woman are some of the most ungodly devils on the face of this planet! All they have EVER done throughout the annals of history is create havoc and destruction!
Naw! Naw! Fuck That! We tired damnnit! This bitch in the black federal robe gotta go! Get off the bench, go home to your cave and take your 64 years of white racism with you!
