MALLORY TO NAME NEW CITY MANAGER

Cincinnati City Hall

Today at 10 am there is a scheduled press conference to be given by Cincinnati Mayor Mark Mallory to [finally] name a new city manager.

Long time Cincinnati employee David Rager has been the city manger since Valerie Lemmie resigned her post last year.

The city managers' job pays $191,000 per year. And oversees the city's annual $1 billion budget.

Who will Mallory pick? We'll just have to wait till 10...won't we?

You'll want to remember this one. Should this Kentucky boy actually become City Manager, when things don't go your way, don't blame the police or the white folks (the evil white racists as you call 'em). Make damned sure you place the blame squarely on that incompetent ninny of a Mayor you voted for.

Another thing - this negro from Lexington is going to hop in the pocket of the rich, white power boys in this city, too. So, don't expect any scratch out of him at all, should City Council approve the Mayor's pet choice.
